Movies with major twist which have been left out include: Kaun, Don 2 , Baazigar etc..Kaun was spooky when we realise that Urmila is the psycho killer. And Baazigar..especially the scene where SRK pushes off Shilpa Shetty off from the building. It was mindblowing sequence first of its kind in Hindi movies, where the heroe kills one of the heroines. Its another thing that Kaun was inspired from some Alfred Hitchcock movie and Baazigar from 'A kiss before Dying'
Extremely confusing and misleading selection. A so called effort to be "intelectual " but actually utterly disoriented and without in depth Knowledge. Choosing HDDCS DTPH... Stunning? Rkg & Krishna has done a good compilation . I would add : Majboor(AB),Parwana(AB) Woh kon thi? Saajan (Manoj Kumar)< Buddha Mil Gaya

seems you dint understood the movie. It was because to get rid off and kill Vardhan. So that only Don rules the underworld.

he could have easily slipped out from the secret hide out didn't need to kill vardhan. If u say that Don was better thriller than Ittefaq then u should really start watching Hindi Movies
And also these below mentioned original movies! 1. Jewel Thief 2. Humraaz (the old one...the Rajkumar classic..not the Abbas-mustan rip-off of "the perfect murder") 3. Ittefaq 4. Dhund 5. Kanoon 6. Bhoot 7. Satya 8. Johny mera naam 9. Mother India 10. Anita
Can anyone of the ten movies mentioned in that list by Raja Sen can match my list!
we see a decline in suspence movies in the last decade. "Race" is "lavish" but not really suspense. the last good suspense movie was Johny gaddar. before that i dont remember which was it. probably gupt. but the real hair raiser were the old ones... 1 dhund 2 gumnaam 3 kanoon 4 ittefaq 5 anita 6 humraaz (old) 7 qatl (sanjeev kumar) 8 jewel thief 9 kaun (urmila) 10 police public
These so-called "twists" are no longer twists for the Indian audience. Any average movie goer can easily predict how movies like HDDCS or DTPH will end.
No Indian movie can come close to matching the twist like "The Usual Suspects", "Se7en", "Sixth Sense", etc. Indian movies have a lot of catching up to do in the twist genre.
