is it teritorial Army or just tamasha. Why a serious national thought is not given to this. our politicians are represented by the fact of Lallu's Model stations comments. Why not give a serious thoughts to this Voluntary Army and put them to use in floods etc with no additional burden on people. Isnt it the govt is footing large bills for getting army's help in these situations??!!

Role for Mohanlal
by Aadi Manav on Jul 09, 2009 08:11 PM  | Hide replies

Looking at Mohanlal it appears that he is best suited for the role of orderly in the Army.A bawarchi in the Army Kitchen/Mess is the best role for him.
To serve the army is not easy task as that of selling coconut water on the street

Mohan Lal at least has acted in the army movies in real locations in the Kargil Heights. That demands quite a lot of fitness. Mental worms dont understand that

we all ar indians.. i dnt know why there is anti south indian feelings here.. if u all respect aruna roy, she once said, "if u draw a line from rajasthan to orissa, the what u see above the line is agriculture and what u see below the line is culture...well, when she says so, she didnt mean to demean north indians.. mee too.. but all those who nurture this anti south indian feelings, plz understand that there r many keralites, tamilians and andhra people in india who is part of armed forces, serving the nation.. major sandeep unnikrishnan too wears lunki at his home..so plz grow up kids...stop anti indian feelings..

North Indians are the worst discriminators. They are too proud of their white skin gifted by their neighbors - Afghans and Iranians. They forget that they are living on the alms given by the south Indian states.

Lungi Regiment
by lutiya doobi on Jul 09, 2009 07:59 PM  | Hide replies

If it helps the cause of national integration Army can create a Lungi regiment in which all filmstars and famous personalities of South can be given commission. But please don't send this Lungi regiment to fight wars. Because then Pakistan's border will shift all the way to Karolbagh in Delhi. India is safe because northies are fighting the wars and dying for the nation.

hey man, why dont you first get a name. i am sure you have one.

mohanlal might be the finest actor by your standard. but that doesnt give him license to join the army.

why are you mixing things ?

the problem with you guys is that you get toooo emotional when it comes to your cinema. army work is not cinema no.

The fact that you like a comedian too much does not give authority to creep at anybody who critisis him.
