so easy for someone in the slum to garner support .. just needs to tap the the already burdened shoulders of slumdwellers. n hurt their pride.a bit . n get their total blind support... just like any other neta
just a nice new year catch for someone in the slum on the lookout for these kind of media..esp by foreigners.. if these so called pioneers strived hard for their slums.. life would be far better .. there are a milion issues n problems in the slums.....instead of trying to find loopholes in these issues
Haven't we witnessed how 'politely' our Police addresses to people travelling in reserved compartments?
Haven't we witnessed how 'polite' the language used in the movie "Bandit Queen"?
Haven't we witnessed when it comes to casually joking with friends, most of us use madar c**d, behen c**d, f00k et al.,
Why can't this person file a case against the Maharashtra government for allowing people to live in such inhuman state - without electricity, roads, toilets, bathrooms etc.,
Some cheapster trying to cash in on the euphoria and trying to show-off....

....this is the bane of democracy saar!!!! any joker for free publicity and some moolah will do this....and mind you garnering publicity should ne learned from the PETA guys....you will never find them agitating in front of slaughter houses or raiding chicken trucks but yes!! you will find them in front of KFC making a hue & cry about prevention of cruelty....so i guess this man is also for the sake of some PUBLICSHITY boss!!!!!
saala pirate! wer did he see the movie?? it's not yet released in India. He took the pains of travelling to amrika to watch the movie? The sure his efforts must be appreciated. fellows must apologize and move on. nothin needs to change.
Again a case of misguided activism....against imagined insults....why doesnt he use the energy to make life better for the millions of slum dwellers ??
First of all what Rahman and anl kapoor has to do with this..stupid people...this really proved that this people dont have brains. Second, if you go to any "basti" and see what kind of slang they speak like mother^&^&^& etc then i dont think slumdog really hurts them
I havent seen this movie, so really cant comment on weather this movie puts Indians in bad lights or not. But if Mr Vishwakarma was offended, then he should have filed the case against the director and producer of the movie. Why Anil Kapoor and Rehman??

Publicity stunt.. what else... .I think this case is initiated by the film people only, and see they know that this case will be weak against Rahman and Anil. By this case the film will get more publicity...

A film like SlumDog Millionaire do not need publicity, my dear friend. I think this guy needs publicity and wants to be in the news. If he is so very much offended by the remarks where was he till now. This guy just wants to wash his hands in the flowing river..... The theme of the movie was known to everyone when it was in the making.
