Unfortunately We saw SRK only in all these movies not the characters he portrayed. If only he portrayed the characters, those movies would have been qualitative products.

The only reason you gave such a big Mahabharat about his movies , is that ppl like u and SRK lovers are insecure about his acting and know that there are far more better actors than him in the industry are currently showing that SRK is not No.1 ... U know who i am talking about ... Hahaha. (Hint: If SRK can get 4 packs ... he can get 8 packs)

Amitab Bachchan is not better than Dillip kumar , SRK is not better than Amitab Bachchan , NO ONE BETTER THAN SRK, each one of them has his taste & skills & without them & the newcomers actors there will be no bollywood, Each one of them takes his time & no doubt this is the time of SRK. THIS IS THE LIFE NATURE

This is a wonderful thing that he has done and SRK is a real hero! The idiots who cannot see beyond the muslim names of the children should remember that the bombs dont kill selectively and the pain of losing dear ones is not easy on anybody belonging to any relegion. So kindly keep your stupid fundamentalist thoughts to yourself! A good deed should always be appreciated!

wow alpana how could u so humble even one is insulting u!only two reasons r possible family morale or neat practice.
Yeah its obviously a good act. But do we really need to broadcast this publicly. personally I knw lot of other filmstars and celebrities who regularly do this kind of things. But they never wanted to public those acts. I don't understand why a star like SRK needs this kind of support to keep the lime light upon him! Its redicoulus.

Are you journalist or friend to the stars to know their personal life w it not published in the media? & SRK didn't announce that in press conference to accuse him by such wards

u hav written ". personally I knw lot of other filmstars and celebrities who regularly do this kind of things. But they never wanted to public those acts"
If they r not publicising it then how do u know abt it.
He has done what everybody who is well placed and can afford should do. I will say he is a real hero! Idiots who only look at the muslim names of the chidren, should know that bombs do not discriminate between religions and pain of losing dear ones is not easy on anybody beloging to any relegion!!
It was reported that Anil Kapoor has donated his entire fees for acting in Slumdog Millionaire to an NGO in Delhi for child development. Akshay Kumar donated over 2.5 millions and adopted a flood-hit village in Bihar. So what is the big deal here. SRK has done for people belonging to his religion, and these two have done for humanity at large. As the saying goes, that we don't need to look into the mouth of a gifted horse, his gesture is appreciated. There is no need to sing about it.

There is no need to compare good deeds here. And please don't keep saying that Shah Rukh has done good things for people belonging to his religion. That is just sick! This is not the first time he's contributed to a good cause.

Its not comparison, it is appreciation, and something that the editors of Rediff to look into. Making him a hero, was the point in question, for there are heros born everyday and forgotten the next.

Rediff publish this news to make us remember heros like SRK & not be forgetten as many other heros
