Fidayeen
by shail rawat on Jan 14, 2009 07:26 AM  | Hide replies

Movie should be titled as "Fidayeen" the most suitable & appropriate title to convey the message behind the movie and must be traced back to the Pak's terrorist camps and sent to International film fair festivals to expose the Pak around the world .

Boycott the film!
by B M on Jan 14, 2009 07:19 AM  | Hide replies

This is absolute mockery of the seriousness of the attacks! Our film producers have no shame making money out of a tragedy! The censors should stop this film at any costs. Even if the film does get released, everyone who considers himself a patriotic Indian should refuse to watch this film.

No one will do that. Dint you see the funny event of the bollywood gang marching with candles and giving repetitive speeches??? same guys will start acting in pakistani movies or Bollywood movies featuring the virtues of napakistan (the extent of love they supposedly have in their heart for India) within a year.

A request..Do not watch this movie
by Sachin Purohit on Jan 14, 2009 05:53 AM  | Hide replies

This movie should make a box-office loss. This is my humble request to all you guys. It is because the maker of this movie made a vulgar display of his opportunistic nature. While Mumbai was in the deepest crisis because of this incident, he saw an opportunity in this. How sadist can one get? While the rest of the world was trying to find out how the crisis be resolved, he wanted to cash in on this theme. That's the reason why he surveyed along with the Chief Minister of Maharashtra.

My humble appeal..please do not allow this guy make obscene money out of this venture.

Item!! The one surveyed along with CM of Maharashtra was Ram Gopal Verma. This movie is directed by Surinder Suri, stars Rajan Varma and produced by Ram Gopal productions (not Ram Gopal Verma).

Vicky:

Grover is right... if you believe that producers are making profits, then obviously it's happening only becoz people are watching those movies..

As to "terrorist only" movies.... I doubt your statement is true...

Agree, media is a very powerful weapon that influences masses. This can help in minimising chances of similar incidents in future. Those who condemn makin of this movie, ponder this - with ineffective government, lazy administration and corrupt law and order machinery - do you really believe they will save us? The only reason we are still alive is because the terrorists are incapable of launching bigger attacks...but not for long. Think and act while the opportunity exists.

Well.As long as this movie doesnt end up glorifying the terrorist!
unfortunately in most similar movies, the guy comes out as the hero because of portrayal of violence against his family which leads him to take up arms. I still remember movies from my childhood where it was disgusting how they show everyone - from the politicians to policemen and even the milkman - SO corrupt and evil, torturing the hero's Mom, Sister, Wife, children, like a never-ending horror movie.

What nonsense
by badri jaya on Jan 14, 2009 03:25 AM  | Hide replies

This tragedy has not even been fully digested and these people want to cash in on this. What nonsense. The only way this film should be done is if 40% of the profits go to the victims and another 20% to buy new equipment for mumbai police. the producers can keep remaining 40%.

Why should the public put in money for buying equipment for the police force? Should'nt tax revenue money pay for all this? What is government doing with that money?

Its because this pervert guy who is making this movie is no ordinary public. While the rest of us were praying for the safety of those trapped inside and the NSG and cops were working hard on their duty to rescue those trapped inside, this pervert fantasized of cashing in on this theme. It is with this perverted mind, he came to the Ground Zero during the operations to study how best he can depict it in his movie.

Let him show him at least a semblance of compassion for those dead in the operation by announcing a charitable cause to help the police and NSG. At least that will reduce the effect of his perversion.
