I mean how childish of Aamir and company not to put the name of the author at the start, thats what you do when you have no values, you take someones work and dont acknowledge it. But the best part is, wherever they have tried their own ideas, it has looked so silly...the childbirth scene...lol...I couldn't stop laughing....

If he was been before money then he could have taken stay form court and setteled out of the court as in many previous cases in film making history. He is unique writer of modern times and film maker should give him proper respect.
As in case of Vidhu , He is the most ridiulous person in film faternity, Always takes away the dues of their subordinates.

i agree with u although not totally. Vidhu isnt a nice person but has been extremely lucky with his projects. And in this instance a little bit of recognition to chetan on whose idea the movie is based would have done no harm. Actually aamir should have supported chetan.
