north indians r more sensitive and emotional people, thats way some politacal leaders run their political shops using this minus point of their people.
I am not an avid movie watcaher. But I do see the best films in all languages. Believe me Tamil, Malyalam, Telugu movies are way ahead of Hindi movies. Hindi movies are ahead only for Glamour quotient. Most of the hit Hindi movies are remakes of South Indian movies. Rab ne banaa do jodi was made out of a Vikram starer Anniyan/ Aparichit( 15% of the Anniyan pertaining to Remo character). The forthcoming Salman starer is also a remake of Tamil movie & so are a host of other movies.

Dude.. noone is talking abou the individual talent here. Its about the movies being made.
And the Oscar wasnt won by any south movie, it was a british movie, which had people who worked behind the camera as winners of the acadamy awards.
But one thing that noone seems to be understanding is that this is obviously a paid article. So why argue with your compatriots..

Quantify it clearly. Tamil industry scouts from 50 million - produces the best ARR, Prabhudeva,Maniratnam, cinematographers - santosh sivan, PC sreeram and others. Hindi industry scouts from 700 million, so ideally they shud be producing 14 times the list above. But the reality - 0 times the list above

Have you heard of race? Because of himalayan belt near to North india it has difference race. Not only human being but also animals like bear, dog, rabbit etc near to poles are whiter compared to those who are near to tropical zone.

Who said the fair skin is due to brits. Brits ruled india for only 200 yrs. North india was under persians for 500-600 yrs and it is due to them that a portion of northies got fair skin. Persians could never conquer south india. All the masses in indian subcontinent are from africa. Thats why all the rural and a portion of urban population in north is black

the latest movie kaminey is a refresher. it has a good plot and some action too.

HE( Vikram) is over-rating himself. That is wrong with every south Indian hero, from Chiranjeevi 2 Rajni, from Kamal 2 Vikram. And look at the heroine, all heroines from south are type-cast from Shreya 2 Asin etc. Previously Surya's wife Jothika was typecast heroine. South Indian cinema still relies hope in releasing films all over the world with so many( 900 prints)screening. Is it not a bad trend? From where does the money come in Film Industry, Film quality is not too excellent in terms of presentation, acting etc. See what happened to Aamir Khans MANGAL PANDEY. What do we see in such huge screening?????

There is no doubt that vikram is a very good actor and he got best actor award also. His acting in Pithamagan is enough to prove him as a good actor. Releasing tamil films all over the world is a bad trend? how u can say? viewers r there all over the world so they r releasing all over the world. Whatever money they spent for making the movie, they will easily recover. His film Anniyan is presented in excellent way and the viewers also appreciate it. What is bothering u if it is released in more screens?

About Vikram over rating himself, what exactly you mean?? Rajni and Kamal belong to two extreme, no sane person can even put them in same bracket. They make different kind of movies, and both know how to sell themselves.
