I worried about Malayalee actors/actresses in general -- whenever I watch them I see they are growing laterally. Their faces becoming rounder and rounder as if swollen after a bee sting. In short, they seems to ignore their health. Take care and be a model Malayali.
Murali was a genius and he born for doing some memorable characters both in Malayalam movies and drama. He was very close to the daily life and dreams of an average malayalee. How he speaks and how he lives? He put exactly that on celluloid. The state recognized it and the Nation too by giving him the national best actor award. He read a lot and that quality reflects in his character selection and malayalees were fortunate to see that in his movies and dramas. Malayalee art lovers will have to wait a long to meet such a man like Murali again.
Murali was reportedly a straight forward person who was not worried about stature of the other person and will give his piece of mind.
If a media report is to be believed, when Murali had started his career in acting, he had to be in the same frame with Mammooty for one of the scenes. I nbetween the takes, Mammooty commented that he need to open his eyes wider while dialogue delivery. For this Murali replied that he is well aware of how open his eyes need to be. such was his confidence. Often, this was misinterpreted as arrogance.
Recently, he was pulled into another controersy for acting in a advertisement for a Jeweller
