ok. he will do that happily, and these bollywood stupid heros, make crores of money , giving repeat flops, and invest in IPL and elsewhere, and you stupid fools get nothing in return.
the recent multiplex strike itself shows the pathetic state of bollywood, where as dozens of tamil films wait impatient for non avaialbility of theaters for release.

how many north indians look like hritik roshan. stupid. i have been to UP and bihar last year for piligrimage. i have never seen so much poverty anywhere in TN, of course tamilnadu has crores of poor. bollywood is a copy cat of hollywood, not representing india. this guy, even though i dont like him, has given many memorable roles in his first two films. his role as a victim of pedophilia has won hearts of all movie goers. the bollywood heros are readymade garments. if you have superb looking heros why dont all bolly films are hits?

i am pointing to the misconception that is prevelant in bollywood that only good looking handsome people can be heros, which is uncommon in tamilnadu. because 90% of tamilnadu are dark and average looking.

will smith, denzel washington, martin lawrence, eddie murphy have become hollywood superstars, only in bollywood they have made this as a rule that only good looking, that too persian looking people as heros.
IN TN we have both handsome looking heros and not so good looking but great actors. we have given kamal hassan, aravind swamy ,ajith and at the same time great actors like pasupathy,prakash raj. in hindi all heros are handsome looking, dark persona as supporting or villains. they have polarised actors based on looks, which is not common i tamil, telugu or malayalam.

Have you seen his movies like kadhal kondaen,pollathavan can any good looking,gay looking heroes of bollywood can act like that...i bet no...u people think acting means being white and having six packs...its funny...

Aejazz, south is not just looks alone...like Bollywood...again I am not starting a fight here, but this guy has got some acting skills and is hugely popular since people consider him as one among them.

also in all his films he plays the role of a lower middle class tamil youth, and his looks are that of average tamil youth so he is popular with younsters and women who sympathise with him.
watch his kadhal kondein , where he portryed as a victim of pedophilia and its impact on his later life
no bollywood actor dare to play such roles, ask shahid kapoor or imran khan in such roles.

SAchin.. ask fardeen khan, shahid kapoor to act for a change... film business is not look business... its acting business.. for looks, u guys can better be models and adorn the cover pages... not venture into films and spoil the names of some great souls who were into movies

tats what i am telling brother. you focussed on looks ad lost content. we focus on content and use whatever look that we have. if a bad looking hero works wonders in BO, it is business no matter what. ace director manirathnam made two movies in the past, in pagal nilavu , 1984, he cast dark and not so handsome murali as hero(being the story of a fisherman fighting against sea mafia). in 1992 he cast most handsome aravind swamy (a computer engineer against kashmiri terrorists) as hero. both films were blockbusters. similarly he made nayagan with kamal and dalapathy with rajini- both films about gangsters, but of different dimensions.
