Thats the problem with u r mindset. foR A MOVIE TO BE SUCCESS, U NEED TO HAVE A HERO LIKE NEXT DOOR BOY AND GIRL RATHER THAN TYPICAL HERO WITH FULL MAKE OVER... I am not a fan of dhanush. but still he is a good actor and talented.

He wont act in porn movies. Bollywood movies mostly are porn movies. There are few exceptions however.

bollywood is shut down temporarily as handsome heros have given hits worth 10 year BO colelctions in 1 year itself.
1.they think bollywood represents all of india. 2.bollywood is a world by itself cut off from reality. 3.indian express edition 18.04.2009, points that bollywood accounts for 30% of india's BO collections of eatimated US $ 2 billion dollors, then where the balance 70% comes from--from bengal?orissa?punjap?bhojpuri? 4.it is estimated that 50% bollywood revenue comes from outside/tv/dvd etc. their collections are falling quick and it is the reason for the current multiplex strike. 5.tamil films are made at the budget 5 to 10 crores budget(big stars more than 25 crores) and collect 5-10 times cost. 6.in bollywood there is multiplex strike, in kollywood films wait for theaters as the scrreens are unavailable for months dude to currently running films.

i agree. Bollywood is for the whole of India and not for north alone. Whatever is happening to their individual movie industries? Can anyone name atleast a star or a landmark movie from marathi, gujrathi, punjabi, bhojpuri etc? Business is thriving in the four different languages in South India as always and no individual movie industry from the north can compete with these industries in content or budget.

hai oriya beta.atleast we r eating idli sambar vada;which now r adopted by even northies undertsanding that thier breakfast is third class eating sooki rotis 3 times a day.by the way what u people r eating in tribal orissa?ha ha ha
for freedom they need mahatma gandhi, for becoming superpower they need abdul kalam, for chandrayan mission they need not good looking tamil project director. for green revolution they need not handsome looking tamil. rama and krishna are dark then they worship, all know they are the greatest indian heros. but for this celluloid, dream and business called cinema they want these persian looking and machoistic males without an iota of acting skills as hero. see hollywood films, from sidney poiter to eddie murphy to chris rock , black actors are adulated. halle berry has been hailed as a beautiful woman. black and not so good looking pop stars are popular and these stupid urban and english speaking fools buy their recirds and watch hollywood films. but they wont accept not good looking people here in our films. cinema is pure business, whoever is abl;e to bring crowd and money to theaters are good looking and we have both handsome and not so handsome. both jayam ravi and dhanush are giving hits here , and we love them both.
