Sun Pictures have never given a Decent or Good movie so far. But all their movies are rated by media good and they manupulate the media and theatres projecting the movies are good. This is yet another example. Ayan is a below average movie. Sun pictures mafia pay the media projecting this as good movie. I am sorry, the director has no clue how to finish the movie, thought Surya was good. Thamanna has unsual structure with unusual for a heroine look, it is NOT a great movie to watch. Sun pictures probably wanted dictate people what type of taste and likings for a movie one should have. Sorry guys, we know we are cautious when a Sun pictures movies are rated good, it means below average.

Guys, i happened to watch AYAN first day first show. Honestly coming from AVM i was expecting a mass movie like Gemini - and trust me it is a MASALA movie - but a logical one tho'. There is definitely intelligence and home work done by the makers that definitely needs to be appreciated. Remember the illogical action we have seen in movies like Kuruvi and Villu or for that matter Padikadhavan - this movie is a million time more sensibile than those!
It definitely not a classy movie like Varanam - at the same time it is entertaining and engaging in most parts.
Surya definitely enthrals the audience right from the word go - and this movie has the coolest intro Surya ever had ! Dont miss the beginning.
This by and large is masala magic that has some logic !

Sun Pictures are known for good Marketing. Below Average movies are rated by media as good movies. This is due to Sun Pictures Mafia. Ayan is below average. Of course, as in the all past Sun pictures movies, this movie also rated by media as good one. NOt surprisingly, Sun TV will rate this below average, somewhat boring at parts, movie as No 1 movie.
Although i have not yet seen the movie... but i am damn sure Suriya will play an extremely terrific role. watever the movie is FLOP or Hit. but i will see for sure because of suriya
Movie is an average one, but pavithra in her review has turned it into a classic. And yes, there is no halo around Surya, its seems that you are too big a fan of him. When u do write a review Pavithra try to look at it from a neutral point of view and not from a fan's point of view.
