Wednesday was truly an amazing movie...I request all Indians to watch this movie....Bollywood has really come of age... Mumbai meri jaan and Wednesday are the two best movies of this decade....
What a truly great great film!!! I saw this film just today and could not believe how good it was. It challenges its viewers, provokes thinking and entertains at the same time. Acting, screen play dialogues, everything is just out of the world. Esp word for Naseer uddin Shah. Hats off to you. I hope this film and your work gets much deserved attention and accolades.
An absolute stunner of a movie! I have not seen anything so gripping & well executed in recent times. Neeraj Pandey deserves all the credit. If you think Lage raho, RDB,CDI,Aamir, Mumbai Meri Jaan, Johny Gaddar, Lagaan, Swadesh was good... think twice. Wedenesday is even better in execution & technical aspects.. Amazing speed of this movie make you glued to the seat. You even tend to forget on interval.
It was indeed a 'Wow' movie. Deserves 5 star rating.
I dont really see where and why are these rave reviews flowing from. What was the message in the movie? Should every stupid common man go about killing terrorists? The whole thing doesnt make sense at all. And by the way, Naseer has given much better performance in past. This was nothing.

didn't you get a message in the film? The message was, don't wait till the common man will take things in his hands.

true, mr. singh. movies like these are not meant for the common man. it is meant for ppl who have some amount of grasping ability and have sensibility, none of which are found in common people like you...

Very well said, Sumit. I was about to write that. Pity on people like Pratap Singh. Unfortunately, we have plenty of such people in our country & that is why we are 100 years behind the world.
I was speechless after watching Wednesday. I don't remember any movie as powerful as this one in recent times.
Great work by Neeraj Pandey & he deserves standing ovation.

Looks like you have no sense of understanding a message when it makes sense. If you ask me - yes we should have the guts of combating the terrorists like this only. May God give you more grey matter in the brain to understand the moral of the film. One more thing : please refrain from going against the tide where it does not make sense- you make a mockery of yourself. Learn to acknowledge a good thing.
As Naseer looks down upon Bombay from the desolate rooftop one cannot help thinking that he is the unheralded king of Bollywood.Imagine what a mess Amitabh or Shahrukh or Dilip Kumar would have made of this role. With their stiff body language and laughable dialogue delivery they would have ruined the movie. Kafka and Van Gogh found their audience long after it ceased to matter to them(perhaps it never mattered).A GREAT ARTIST DOES NOT STOOP TO THE LEVEL OF THE AUDIENCE.THE AUDIENCE HAS TO PULL ITSELF UP TO THE LEVEL OF THE ARTIST.

Well put my friend. However there are all sorts of audiences and genres. And films from different genres cannot/should not be compared. This wasa marvellous film. Comparing it to the works of SRK, Amitabh and Dilip only reduces its glitter.
