Roy is absolutely right,,,,!!!!!,, he was not having 10 heads in real... Thoes heads just used to show the real nature of ravana.. Like 1 head shows anger, 1 shows ego,,1 shows proud,,etc,etc,,,

Please go and read the book 'Myth=Mythya' (By Dr Devdutt Patnaik) to understand the timless truth behind Hindu Mythology.
Even the reason why all mythological characters/stories have seemingly irrational plots!
BTW if you can believe in vergin briths and dead man walking .... whats wrong with 10 heads :-) :-)!

Why assume that the person criticizing Hindu mythical characters must automatically be okay with myths of other religions? Why can't you even think that the other person thinks the virgin birth and the moon being split is as ridiculous as a man with ten heads?
Not only muslims but hindus should also learn the lesson of secularism from Salim-Salman's family, which Bal Thakrey the bully conveniently forgot to mention. By the way, did he say that the Maulvi's do not own Islam? Thats right. He must also remind himself and his so called allies (RSS, VHP, Bully Dal)that they also dont own Hinduism, India, and Maharashtra. And who gave him the right to judge people into good or bad or right or wrong. Being a Hindu and 'maharashtrian', he must first preach within his home. There is a whole lot of repair and reconstruction work required within the hindu mind-set.

For once, Bal Thackrey said something nice. Salmaan, Salim khan, Abdul Kalaam, Aamir Khan.. these are some of the best examples of good muslims. Genuinely secular at heart, not pseudo-seculars like Javed Akhtar n Shabana Aazmi. These people are eye-openers for all those who perceive all muslims as terrorists. High time such moderate muslims/hindu/christians get together, and stand against the fundamentalists such as the Bajrang Dal/Jehadi terror groups/New life, all of whom one way or the other are disturbing the comunal harmony
Every religion preaches peace and belief in Almighty. It is only Mullahs, Sadus and Fathers who interprets the religion on caste basis to suit their own selfish ends and fill up their coffers and bring all ailments, sufferings to the Society.

Why after every 10 years Mumbai is disturbed? In 70's riots againsts people from South, then H/M riots, now riots againts Biharis? They gain but ou county looses, Introspect..

issue with mumbai has been always the same. stay in mumbai for couple of years and u will get your answers. Issue is not of upmanship, its about equality. Its only in maharahtra that, gujurati's south Indian and north Indians gets elected. Praful Patel is gujurati but a minister frm maharahstra. Sanjay Nirupan used to get elected from shiv sena ticket, till he shifted to congress.
We have always treated everyone equally and with respect. but unfortunately it didnt happen form others. Even in my last company in Pune, I had to resign coz of cartelization of people from UP.
This nation is for everyone, but yes soemone who stays there frm starts needs to be given his rights. Its high time, north Indians introspect rather than us.
