do u knw raja personally to comment on him like tht? did he do something bad to u in person tht u found out his reality? or is it cos others said so u say, 1 thing i will tell u frm my experience is tht 1 wrong thing if 10 people say is right then even tht wrong thing becomes a right. so u dont get urself in tht category. if u knw him personally then comment
Congrats to Zulfi for displaying exemplary poise, perspicacity and carrying himself with immense grace and equanimity through 94 days of being cloistered in a human zoo.

Guess what - I happen to be Hindu :). Also reporting your reply or violating the "communal" guideline.
BTW, your reaction exactly underlines what I referred to in my previous post... our countrymen will always vote based on caste, religion, region etc. - in short everything except the candidate's merit. Hate to generalize- but that is the bitter truth and you'll always have the Ashus always winning the popular vote over the Zulfis..

Doesn't matter if you are Hindu or Muslim. Comment like that shows that you are one of those having sick mindset who are real problem of India.
You can't think beyond the one mindset you have in your mind. If this was the case in India. Why we have people like Kalam at top place? why we made Azar captain of Indian team? Why we have Irfan, Zaheer, Yusuf playing for India? Why Sania is playing? If you think we don't care about quality but religion then these people should have banned by this or that reason by control boards of particular departments? They shouldn't even have this much fan base? Most of the heroes from Film industry are Muslim, why they are hit then? why we praise Amir more and criticise RGV for his latest crap films? If Indians were so serious about such religious divides then, we could have rejected Amir's TZP and watched RGV's crap instead. [frankly, I never even gave a thought like this about these men before reading your comment, but now I have it in mind, just because you spoiled it.]
It's not us who think this way, it's people like you who made it look like that. We never think if Irfan is muslim or Agarkar is Hindu before selecting Irfan as better. We care about quality first.
And if you are taking about Bigg Boss, then it was all set up. They [participants/bookies] had a voting set up outside. So it was obvious that the man who has less bets on, will win. So Ashutosh won.

Mr Infinity... :)
Yes, it's great that our established luminaries receive continued public adulation on the basis of their merit rather than religion as it should be. You've observed a lot of things but I'm surprised that you've missed out on the basic ironies and dichotomy that pervade our society when it comes to secularism.
Sorry to burst your utopian bubble but when it comes to voting for a yet unestablished luminary-to-be, whether a political candidate, or a reality show contestant, rather unsecular views still predominate in the hinterland's sitting rooms, often independent of social strata and education. Depressing, but true. Can't believe that you would not agree with this if you have lived in this country for a while and even seen the results of some of the reality shows. There are some really stellar exceptions to this, but they only serve to prove the rule.
From my experience, we are surely one of the most self-serving, racist, bigoted and hypocritical societies of the world -don't be shocked, we are- and the sooner we realize this and try to correct ourselves the better.
I hope this changes, I really do. Every generation of ours tries to forget the sins of their grandfathers and move on. However every 5 years our politicians ensure that this cesspool of regionalism, casteism, religious fanaticism is replenished and churned anew lest their vote bank based political edifices crumble to dust.

It is not religion, it is politics and rigging which did not give a chance to a gentleman like Zulfi. People like Zulfi will be admired as good human beings with exemplary behaviour under immense pressure. Hats off to you Zulfi.

**"guess Zulfi never had a chance of getting a huge vote base since he was a muslim - regardless of his qualities - huh?"**
Now THAT, was an absolutely unnecessary statement. Actually people like you are the problem. You can think beyond the one mindset you have in your mind. If this was the case in India. Why we have people like Kalam at top place? why we made Azar captain of Indian team? Why we have Irfan, Zaheer, Yusuf playing for India? Why Sania is playing? Seems to be mostly a repeat of what you said a few posts above, I replied to your original response, please scroll up to see it.
If we talk about goodness, then it should have been Zulfi outrightly. If we talk about entertainment factor then Raja should have been the ultimate choice.
Ashu was just a follower. Just like an extra atriste in movies.

Stop talking nonsense...How can you say that a man is capable of winning a reality show who is not capable of winning his wife & daughter's heart..Raja is a parasite. He used to survive with his wife's income. He is a women abuser.Apart from his wife he had abused Dolly Bindra, a TV actress & Sambhavana Seth.He had manhandled a TV female crew. What else you want to put a man behind bar ???

If you are not talking about personal life they why do they allow Rahul to talk about his father ? Why did Raja talk about his daughter & celebrate his wife's birthday ? Why did Monica talk about her past ? Why did Debo tell about his pregnant wife ? Why did Payal talk about his father who doesn't wish to see her face ? Why did Aheshan talk about his wife & discuss about his courtship ?Why did Alina keep talking about her sister Sana???? Do you have any answer ?????
