Rahul is the entertainer. When it comes to necessity - everyone rich or poor needs money. I dont think Ashutosh would have got the highest votes. Its a gimmick. Its not genuine. Reality shows like this cause overall TRP droppings of the Television media. I got disturbed first time in my life with the drama of star plus superstar. Now big boss 2. I would never ever see a reality show.
..."The day Rahul Mahajan was leaving the house, he told Ashutosh that he would make it a point and see that he (Ashutosh) wins this show", reveals Zulfi."... (quote from web article)
Was BB2 rigged? Consider that bookmakers placed the chances of Rahul's winning the highest, followed by Zulfi and Raja. In the exact same order - Rahul "left" the show, followed by Zulfi's "elimination" and Raja's "defeat" on the day of the finale'.
Ashu's odds of winning were placed far lower. That also meant that any "insiders" or "in-the-know" people who bet large sums on Ashu stood to gain much more than the majority that bet on the other candidates, in case Ashu won.
The real stakes in this show (said to be controlled from the Gulf via bookmakers in Mumbai) were far, far greater that the BB "award". It is possible that endemol / viacom bigwigs colluded with certain people, maybe including RM, to ensure that a select few laughed the hardest all the way to the bank on Nov. 22. Public voting on BB may not have had much to do with the BB result.
Or, the above is just a crazy conspiracy theory and someone like Ashu really won 'coz of the public vote... which is even scarier.
I dont understand how Rahul is described by the media channels as a favorite of the viewers. I havent in the last 90 days come across anyone who even likes him..Something doesnt add up here..
Zulfi also deserved as he was calm and reserved unlike Raja who was voilent at times and poured water on the bed and did not allow sambhavana. Ashutosh took the side of Diana and it helped in increasing his fan following. Zulf was neutral and was fighting it on his own.
