I don't agree with what she said about the Chinese government mistreating the Tibetans and that karma is taking its toll to avenge what the government has done to the Tibetans. On the contrary, I believe people bring their own destinies upon themselves. As a Buddhist, I believe deeply in karma. A lot more people (including myself) in this world seemingly deserve to die more than those innocent children, but why did they die and not the others? Why are my friends richer than I am even though I'm a much nicer person than they are? Why is the mean girl next door prettier than I am? It's all karma. It must have been something in their past lives they have done which lead them to face prosperity, tragedy, or destitution. It's not to say, "oh these people bring it upon themselves, they deserve it, so I don't have to sympathize with them". Quite the opposite, we have to help them get back on the right track to see the light at the end of the tunnel. If karma doesn't exist, the creator, or god, would have been an unfair being. "Karma" is right, she's just ignorant about what karma really means and how it works.

Do you know that there are many Tibetans live in that earthquake zone and they lost their life too. Are you saying these Tibetans alone with thousands of others desire this? you are sick!

Guys, read more English books, read the Bible, and be a Better person.shame on you. Do you know the Meditation by John Donne :No man is an island, entire on itself...any man's death deminishes me, because i am involved in mankind. Do you have the human sympathy and human heart.
The earthquake happens in a poor region of China. A lot of victims are Buddhists and many are superstitious. They are innocent people and they are suffering deep. To the victims, karma implies the reason that they suffer is because they did sinful things in their previous life, and they will go to hell in their next life. Instead of providing psychological supports, Sharon Stone is putting the salts into the deep wounds of the earthquake victims. By saying those words, she is showing that she is anything but a reasonable human being.

she shouldnt have said those words. those words should have been directed at the chinese government and not the hapless people suffering under the chinese government. and not least these people, the poor are clueless in the new chinese order, neither do they have money, nor do they have rights or any kind of plus point in the new chinese order.
the worst affected people were these poor chinese. i hope the chinese government rots in hell for their misdeeds.
