Biggest superstar ever...
by Rizwan Khan on May 10, 2008 04:13 PM  | Hide replies

Message to muneer.

"he was never a superstar"???

my friend maybe you were too young or not born but in the late 70s and 80s he was the biggest thing india had ever seen.

His injury on the sets of coolie and the outpouring of love and affection from the millions of fans nearly made india stop for a few weeks. This kind of popularity has never been before or after...

He supserstardom was more than (srk, aamir, salman, hritik, akshay) combined!

Todays stars are not superstars as the media helps create stars. AB was the true supestar the last india has ever had, what makes his stardom more amazing is that he banned the media. But yet became the biggest movie star india has ever seen.

You are wrong Mr. Sameer.

Dilip kumar the Tragedy king said he is only the last Superstar. If you have doubt please go to toilet and digest it.

Indians are very emotional they even prayed for Prince who fell in the well. So that does not mean that if people prayed for Amitabh that he is a superstar. We should remember that he got the status of super star when his nearest rival Vinod Khanna quit movies. This move of Vinod Khanna helped Amitabh.

standard of acting of Mr. bachchan is going low day by day
by muneer raza abidi on May 10, 2008 03:27 PM  | Hide replies

the films also he is doing are substandard.

I do not know how he is selecting the films like nishabd / cheenikum / aag / jhoom barabar jhoom etc.

next flopshow is on the way...sarkar raj.

he has given the actor of millenium award but he is making shy to those who have selected him for that.

his 80% of acting is not a normal acting but it comes in the catogery of "overacting".

all his past block busters were hit due to great scripts / direction.

he has very few solo hits. he was never a super star and never be. he is only good for adds like "NAVRATAN TEL"
