MIND IT OR dont MInd it, rajni is a selfish person and is concerned only about his business, image and starvalue. Im a tamilian based in Bangalore, i have never seen or heard him do anything for anyone to help, so he should keep away from airing political statements. ok i say Mind it!

Well said Nagarjuna...in fact, Rajanikanth and Kamalhassan could have used their good will to bridge the gap between Karnataka and Tamilnadu that was created by the politicians as they have good numbers of Kannadiga's support in Karnataka and of course Tamilians in Tamilnadu. Hence these two guys could have really palyed a great role in maintaining the unity, but these two guys are worst than the politians as they have double standards. They try to please Tamilians in Tamilnadu and Kannadiga's in Karnanataka, but never did anything to bridge the gap

This is all political and the best solution tht kannadigas can think of putting a stop a problem between two states over water issue, is to ban tamil films. Wht has films got to do w.polictics?
The chief minister of tamil nadu was in tamil cinema before bt now he is in politics, if two states wants to solve problms as these thy should take the diplomacy route and it shud be solved between two states and their politicans.
Why drag films and its stoopin to the lowest if you ban films of other artists tht ar not evn involved in this scenario.
The tamil film association has some political connections bt those who ar bridgin cinema and politics in both industries is goin to make both cinema's miserable w.all these problems.
I really don't understand why should tamil film industry does this fasting thing recently, thy should unite w/kannada industry and prevent polictical goondas in jeapordizin both cinema and their films.

I think its better we stop writing blogs like this and look at the country as a whole than different states. Its better if you stop writing and take initiatives if you want to solve a problem.

Buddy chandran, imagine kannada ppl living in TN get bashings, wouldn't the stars in kannada film industry come along and condemn the hatred, that is what happened here, all tamil ppl living in karnataka are being thrashed since 1991, and till now innocent ppl are getting hit for some political reasons, and still u expect some one like rajini to simply act in movies and be silent, such is the man who cometh to talk against those evil persons, how do you get support if u were hit by neighbours , just think before u ink....

at any stage tamilnadu people and tamilandu government was not acted against kannadigas until this date.even kannada speaking people are very happy by doing their business of hotel industry in chennai,coimbatore.all these things have known very well to the people of karnataka.even tamilnadu people are cooperating with kannada speaking people in chennai.but i could not understand the feelings of kannda why the kannada people are demonstrating against tamil people in karnataka.as long as i know about kannada people ,all of them are very happy.kannda people might have understood wrongfully the statements of rajnikant who spoke on behalf of tamil cinmea associaton which was demonstrated against karantaka government. in 1991 unnecessariy the tamil people were attacked by kanndigas in banglore when bangarapa was cm of karantaka

Now also he has not apologised,he has written letter saying to release the film and telling that he has not done anything wrong.very few people here creating the problem
