See his films in hindi and english. He also got national awards and is considered among the grt actors in india i.e kamal hassan,mohanlal,om puri,mammooty.
It shows the modesty of a man who has risen from humble beginnings, emulated, looked up to the Big B finally made a name for himself. I would love to see the day when he acts along with SRK or Big B. The screen will be on fire!! He has always admitted he is the King but Big B is the emperor of the Indian Cinema. One reason why South movies aren't bin all over India is because of conservatism.
this is for people who question the prowess of thala...watch the movie "Sivaji the boss" especially the final part where he comes as mottai boss(bald)there u can see his style(no one can ever come near his acting)..and u cant help urself whistling or shouting....

Yes. Absolutely. He is undisputed in delivering a very stylish performance. Besides his spectrum is amazing...people still get tears when they see "aaril irunthu arubathu varai". And his performance as "mottai" is so powerful......its totally a Rajni movie and not a shankar or sujatha movie. Even Indian is Shankar movie irrespective of the fact that kamal acted in it.

By the way, SRK asked only one question and the link for the news in Rediff is SRK ask questions Rajini. Media is out for publicity and sensational news rather than just reporting. In anycase, it is a good reporting when we actually look at the matter and interview.
It is good to see a matured interview from NTDV and good questions and answers from actors. This is what is required rather than boiling over on each other. Thanks NDTV, thanks SRK, thanks Karan and final thanks Rajini for your modesty.

Don't get into only one thing always, try something different that's enjoyment you never dreamt before.
Shahrukh is the face of Bollywood at global arena...He is truly a huge star but on level of acting he is behind Rajnikant as well as BIG Bachan ..Though I m Die hard fan of SRK..Hats of 4 CHAK DE!!!!
love him or hate him but no one can ignore the fact that Rajni is a legend. many Japanese people land in chennai on the day of his every new release. frankly i don't like his acting because he does some outrageous stunts on screen and his comedy is pathetic. but everyone say that he is a very good human being. he deserves the award and fame coz he brings happiness to many who struggle to make their ends meet.
i have seen this award function last nite on NDTV and it was undeniably the greatest one all the great people under one roof... Special mention for shahrukh this guy got a good sense of humour and vocal skills..
