I love all my country men and I wave one common flag INDIA flag. I dont care if anyone is from Tamilnadu or Gujarat, Andaman or Orissa or any state. Lets stand for United India and not be like PAAGAL PRADEEP and hurt other Indians. Lets love Pradeep even if he hates us. Lets be true Indians and true Tamilians who love and support all Indians...from North, South, East,West.

Very wellll said .. sooo much agree with u... even i get carried away at times in north-south arguements.. but thn we shud realise we all are indians first... thoda bahut jhagda chalta hai... its natural... but keep this in ur head.. tht we allll are brothers... and our country will really progress only if and when we all move ahead together....jai hind..

dont start comparing. Bollywood have its place and its audience. and even south india have its place and its audience.
Rajni,,,one of the worst actors in film industry.He is the superstar but certainly not a super actor.I beleive in luck only because of the so called actor Rajnikanth.

kumar, even i dont understand the language. but I enjoy Rajni Movies specially with my friends. its great fun, whistle, clap and shouting.. like enjoying a picnic inside theatre for 3 hours. Relieve all your tensions, having great time laughing and shouting. Only keep your thinking cap out of theatre. Enjoy the movie like childrens enjoy super man and spider man

Yes, his movies are only for people who can enjoy funny movies. Not for serious ones. Personally I think he is an excellent actor and has done many good roles in past in Telugu and Tamil. But now a days his acting capability is hidden due to his styles and hungama.
Iam impressed with bollywoods Hanuman, hanuman returns as a cartoon movie. However, sultan the warrior is something a bench mark for Indian cine industry as a animation movie. More experimentation are done in south industry.
Bolly, your revenue and exposure are known to outside world, so use it properly.by giving some good standard movie.

Rajnikant is larger than life actor,such a g8man with down to earth nature and dare to come in public anytime with out make up which our bollywood actor will not even dare to do,rajnikant believe in simplicity tats y he is in mass,all the crab who make fun of him should learn something from him specially our billywool actor

why only bollywood actors? nobody else in film industry will dare to come out in public without make up. You will only able to see others with make up even at their funeral.

Tom Hanks - Super Star and Tobey Maguire is a Super HERO. understand the difference before keying in the hatred
I am never impressed with his acting ability, - But really surprised and admire him as a person, who started from the bottom , reaching to the top level in his career. - A special down to earth human being. Cant imagine any other actor in India, who can dare coming out to public without make up. - Very professional
I watch and enjoy his movie, like childrens watching super man and batsman.. keeping your thinking cap out of theatre, Whistle, clap and enjoy like in a picnic, appreciating any damn voice of our friends singing.

GN, Watch old Rajni movies such as "16 Vayathiniley", "Bhuvana Oru Kelvikuri", "Mullum Malarum", "Engeyo ketta Krual", " Arilirunthu Arupathu Varai", "Nallavanukku Nallavan". You will not doubt his acting abilities. He is a product of old Balachander school of acting. Just that his action antics are more liked.

Thanks Jiffy, i will try to locate CD's of these movies.
Recently i had seen a malayalam movie, a story about a blind beggar and his sisters. I was stunned by the natural performance of that actor. and more surprised he did not won a national award? and such movies are not been considered for OSCAR?

The movie you saw was quite good, but it was nowwhere near the 100s of quality movie that has been amde in mal. Thats the reason it didn't win even one award Even kalabhavan mani, the actor u r so impressed with knows that very well
I admire Rajni. I was stunned by him in 'dalapathy'. I love his simplicity!!!!

Yes I had even seen other malayalam movies too. But all did not convinced me much, but there are good movies too, which impressed me with the depth of stories, natural performane of actors. MRIGAYA was another movie i remember.
I had seen that actors other movies scenes, and i found it very cheap. But the perforamance in the movie as blind man , really felt as if tailor made for him.

That malayalam movie was remade in tamil, acted by vikram. Film name is "Kaasi". But i dont know the name in malayalam. The actor in malayalam is "kalaa baavan Mani".

Agreed jiffy. These movies mentioned above by you all are excellent movies by Balachander, sp muthuraman for their direction and rajni did not attain the status of super star at that time.
