Very True. I had been to Hydrabad.. In Ramuji Film City it is shown how such shots are shooted in films. Glass building shooted first then action of jump. Real heros (stunts) becharas broke their legs and filmi heros get claps for such actions.

I am not a rediff staff

according to newtons laws of motion, if I assume each floor is 5 meters high, the speed at which he will land in the floor/cushion will be 167 km per hour. The air resistance will make him burn. equation used is v equal to rootof(2gs) g is gravitional acceleration. s is 110 meters for 22 floors. Just imagine putting your hands out of the window of a car moving with speed more than 100km per hour! If you still beleive this rediff story, then immediately apply to rediff. They are recruiting FOOLs.

It is same like bungee jumping much lower actually.

Proper Bungee jumping is usually arnd 150m, so 110m is def. doable.

James Bond(Pierce Brosnan) in Golden eye bungee jumped in the opening scene about 180m. So I am sure this is a possibilty.
