indian cricket is soooooooooooo boooooriiiiiiiiiiing, better watch uk football, they attract several countries audiences. only indian see cricket in the world, such a shame. it is such a unattractive game. i hate cricket. watch Torres, Kaka, C ronaldo, Fabregas, Adebayor, Drogba, Tevez putting fabulous goals compared 2 boring cricket matches which is just throwing small children balls at people. Akshay has worked very hard to make his mark, he deserves every single bit of success, every single penny he is making. Allow me to explain, since I have been a fan of him since Saugandh and Khiladi.
He made action cool at atime when cheezy dhishum dhishums were the best we had. He worked extremely hard to do his own action sequences, he injured himself in the "undertaker" scene in Khiladiyon ka Khiladi, his action was the only reason the movie was a blockbuster.
He also lived the life of a Bollywood star with style, dated Raveena, had flings with Shilpa and even priyanka and many more.
His real name is Rajiv Om Bhatia, he comes from a middle class Punjabi family from Jalandhar with no filmy Godfathers (remember the song in Khiladiyon ka khiladi...) and still made it to the top of the bunch in 2007 with four hits, making his total tally to 20 hits. You go guy.
a person doznt need that much money even to spend life lavishly.so i think they should pay more tax.the 1% star tax doznt cause the slightest headache to them. so i think they voluntarily take up charity as an essential part. Its good that Akki is fetching India money.well done.

Mr. Satyan Kamat, why r U Jealous of Akshay Kumar. Atleast, he is Paying Highest Income Tax.U should Appriciate his Work, not Critisize it. If, any Muslim Actor like Shah Rukh Khan, Amir Khan, Salman Khan or Saif Ali Khan Pays Highest Income Tax, I think, U will Appriciate it. How Rediculas?

No...The Reasons for this are: 1. The salary income of Mr Ambani is Rs 24.51 crore as reported in the media. At the maximum permissible 30% tax rate,it will come to around Rs 7.35 crores,much below paid by Akshay.
2. The largest segment of Mr Ambani's income comes from dividend on account of his holdings of his group companies shares. Dividend income is not taxable in the hands of the shareholders.
3. Even if he sells his shares, due to his holding the shares for long,it will not attract Long Term Capital Gain.
Due to these reasons,Mr Ambani does not top the tax payers'list. Moreover, he is richest on account of his holding which is notional wealth and hence, not taxable.

Notional money in shares attract tax only for the dividend honey.. remove the share value, count only his salary from reliance.. and poof! he vanishes from the "richest" man..
