i totall agree that Muslims have sucesfully ruled India for hundered of years in Past. But couldn't continue theri past glory. See in India,Pakistan,Afghanistan,iraq,who is ruling(US).

hello john and abc, this movie is comercial, in order to get best profits or help the unity of country, they twist it, or completely change it, reality is different, look out for wiki, or google about akbar, he might have been better than other mughals, but still he is among the most cruel people. so lets enjoy the movie, but not take this as real history.
Jodhaa is a good attempt. There can be flaws in script, but it is a good attempt. We should appreciate. Every film has certain flaws in it. Neglect it and appreciate more. The film can not be discussed on basis of flaws alone.

OSO is the silliest movie ever made....a bunch of jokers(farah, srk, etc) came together and made a crap...which is enjoyed by most of the indians...because thats wat they r gud at .... JA is no where compared to OSO. JA ia a treat which takes u to mughal dynasty and OSO leaves u at medical store

movies like TZP n jodhaa akbar r taking india to another level.........they leave a lasting impression on the minds on the viewers......and r here to stay.........
films like OSO r escapist.....and have a capitalist agenda behind them.......they r like....aao, ticket lo, baitho, haso, khujao....chale jao.........nothing more than tht......!!
and as far as srk is concerned.......he lacks versitality................20 years down the line....everyone will remember him as a romantic hero.........just like how rajesh khanna n all were..........he's no amitabh bachchan.........!!

i fully agree with you..............farah can only make silly movies like oso and main hoon na fooling the audiences.............there is an old saying duniya mein foolon ki kami nahin hai. But farah feels that she is making film for entertainment...............entertainment my foot...........who is she trying to fool...........the masses ...........oso is for the jokers while jodha is for the sensible persons
The story is a daydream of ashutosh..he may have paid rediff to write this..everyday u will find articles of Jodha Akbar...as if there is no other movie on earth or India...and probably rediff is infested by the parasites...
That inspite of the awful,silly and sometimes ridiculous script. But the romance between the Akbar and Jodha makes you forget about all the flaws in the movie. The chemistry between Ash and Hrithik is simlpy mesmeriszing and the lavish settings really make u feel the grandeur of the empire. But looking out of that, the film fails to live up to the standards it sets for itself. If only Ashitosh paid as much attention to the remainder of the movie.
