Agrawal Sahaab if the language offended you than I am sorry boss....but I just can't stand Ekta and had to take my anger out anyway...so bhai sorry for the language.
It is apparent that the biggies have a lot of pull and hence an informal union or forum. The non acting staff and workers have unions, but what about actors? Unions can prevent such lop sided contracts. We saw them with certain IT companies till market became good and they backed down from restrictive contracts but they are back at hire and fire policies now in the name of performance of individuals - they do not have the gut to claim their own faults and failures. Only Unions - thats the bitter truth. But measures should be there so that union power is not abused like in the past
