Sanjay Dutt is a great guy who's been unfortunate , he was naive and that's how he got involved in TADA , he's emerged as a great human being and what he's saying is for the benefit of all.

Court cases are fought on the basis of police charge sheet-giving details of the crime, evidence etc. The more weak the FIR/chargesheet the more weak the case would be. Thats why we all see the high profiles getting scott free.
hey sanjay pahle tu aapni saja comple kar jail mein jake 6-7 years jyo bhi hain... instead of appealing in supreme court...sabko pata hain tumko tabhi kisne jail se bahar nikala tha.. aur aaj vanhi log CM ke resignation mang rahe hain....court ne tumko saja sunai hain to pahle khatm karo. Aur indian log agar saazdar hote to tumhare jaise logo ki kabhi picture nahi dekhte......
