Its the best movie to come out this year .. a must watch for every indian.. esp mumbaites..the ones who true blue citizens and of this cosmopolition..the thackereys and the politicians pls leave mumbai alone .. the move depicts the history and change from one of the best cities to a rotting city and you guys have a major role to play in this decay.. the babri riots change the pysche of the whole city forever resulting in unrest and a feeling of insecurity tht we still experience till date but the spirit is still intact ..salaam mumbai!! and mumbai doesnt belong to any particualr community like in the movie paresh rawal says it was made up of seven islands that were joined to formed the city and the seven blasts tore it apart into seven pieces again.. so true every time terrorists and politicans play their game and divide the city further.. lets not let them win.. zaraa hatke zara bachke.. yeh hai mumbai meri jaan! just chill, India jitna hindus ka hai, utna hi muslims ka hai, agar BJP. Sangh parivar, etc ne muslims to marna nahi roka to tu bi bina wajeh marjayega ....
Its indeed a good news. Hope everyone watch this movie with same enthu they show for films like, singh is king, bachana ye, jane tu na etc.
Nishikanth Kamath is an ace director. His First movie itself ( Dombivali fast )was great work of cinema. Thanks to production houses like UTV for giving chance to these upcoming band of directors who can think beyond streotypes. I am sure if production houses are ready to try them, they will surely get returns and we the viewers will as well see something new.
Else be satisfied with Sigh is king, Bachana ye haseeno and many more in making.
I loved the script of Evano Orvano and hope this thime MUMBAI MERI JAAN will be also have a impact / intensity for the watchers. N. Kamath have shown that there are people still who can make good films in HINDI. I have all praises for this director.
