I am no die hard fan of SRK nor I am a die hard fan of Akshay, instead I am all for Aamir but I am here to post my comment about whole this SRK and Akshay "King" thing. Every Star has got his own life span to be on top and there comes a time when enough is enough and he has to abdicate. SRK been at the Top despite me having serious reservation about his acting and his films and due to working in set working conditions along with particular group of friends he got himself caught in a certain mediocrity which resulted into restlessness among new generation to look for others.Akshay made and delivered box office hits one after other, even a flop wasn't blamed on him,backed by powerful performances whether its an action or a comedy, with no help from Dons of Bollywood yash chopra camp,karan johar camp etc. He worked hard and rediscovered himself and ruled over the masses on his own. So I guess, SRK time has gone and there is a new numero uno Akshay Kumar.

Very well told. Even i do not believe, how am not a fan of SRK anymore. Despite being one all these years. Unlike you, i was a Diehard fan like many others. Had a very nostalgic feeling about his movies, songs and even some of his advertisements back in the days. But (now am 30) growing older and watching

continued.. lots of upcoming stars, i do feel Shah rukkh has to focus a bit more and respond to his recent critics. Personally i feel he still has a lot of acting talent, than his campus boy, romantic, cry baby hero. Chakde and Swades are master pieces and ofcourse Devdas. He has to work more on out of the box movies, but not too out of the box like Ram Gopal Varma.!! He has to stop thinking about mass, and groom more as a matured actor exhibiting acting skills. I would love to see such a Shah Rukh khan. What u say?

Sorry i never intended to down grade SRK I loved his certain performances but he wasted it for a certain hype as he is a master Marketing Executive and his megalomaniac intensity to be tell his mirror HE IS THE BEST. And he is not or sure.
