Sure Bachchan will play the role of Asoka to the T. He plays charater roles better then any one else. SRK's ASOKA was a disaster, he never got ino the sole of the role. Everyone knows whos the copy cat ofcourse SRK...Bravo Bachchan

acording to me the star cast should be: Ram - Akshay Kumar Sita - Katrina kaif lakshman- Anil Kapoor Hanuman- Nana Patekar Dashrath - AB/MUkesh Khanna Jatayu-Ritesh Mandodri - Aish Ravan- Abhishek.
I think aish is more suited for roles like shoorpankhan she is always jealous for everybody..
wow.. atlast the greatest pathni devi aishwarya rai is acting as sita .. and a useless fit for nothing guy abishek who is not even fit to act in ad films is ram .. his only plus point is he is son of amitabh or else he is a big zero . if valmiki was here he would have commited suicide .. it will be a brutal murder of the great epic ..
If Abhishek is going to do the role of Ram than it will be a big twist in our epic history...becz our We will see Lord Ram with mustache...becz AB never looks good with out mustache...so people be prepare to see a remake of Lord Ram...
