All are forgotten. Ishmit will belong to the same bunch. I pity all this winners, who make money for producers and land up with hardly anything.
It was an anti climax, I would say. It was sickening to hear partisan voices based on Religion and personal belief rather than pure performance and potential. Shaan added fuel to fire by asking the audience to utter religious rhymes/phrases to gauge their opinion. All this non-sense can happen only in India. I think too much freedom is the bane and I wish that is curtailed for the Nation's good.

yes! harshit,thoshi,irfaan,abhas were the best compititors not Ismeet. Vote sey jeeta hai not voice sey!!
It was unfortunate for Harshit who could not make it. Even on during both of them sung with Great Kavita Krishnamurthy, she said that Harshit's is a perfact 'Play Back Voice' Ismit's is a sweet voice but needs some more practice.

Why dont u see the bright side, it would have been an insult to Harshit's talent to win from Ishmeet. He is thousand times better singer than Ishmeet and will make his mark with his talent like Aabhas, Irfan, Toshi, Abhilasha, Mirande, Ashpreet and Priyani. Let Ishmeet rejoice this victory "Source: SMS's" becoz in the long run he will exist no way but Punjab and Canada (becoz maximum Punjabis run over to Canada by beg borrow or steal)
Congrat's Star team and India for the spectacular presentation, focus was on music/voice and no major distractions from bollywood or hungry politicians .... That's great showman ship presenting the future at the same level as the stars of today... Wishing many more such successes to STAR & AMUL team and ofocurse wishing all the participants best of lucks to take the steps towards stardom..
Ishmeet deserved to win. In the finals he sang much better than harshit. Ishmeet zindabad. Down with Abhijeet,Aadesh & lalit Pandit, who constantly demoralised the innocent guy.

i personaly..my openion if you see in men voice all music channel like zee, star....last one year good singer are 1 Deveji (Asam) 2 Tushi (Rajasatan) for sad song & kawali 3 Musharaf....(lahore) 4 Amanath (dubai) 5 Harshit (UP)
this is my openion...i felt good futre singer they can improve more...& they will get chance definately.
Abhas Gets Jury VOI award. Abhilasha gets best female VOI. Harshit gets most votes from all zones. Ishmeet (the uderdog - like a masala movie hero) becomes the VOI.
Before that several wildcards entries. Most dramatic was the Priyani's entry into super 12.
Just like Indian Idol (promoting northeast), Start VOI tried to promote a minority group (Sikh). Thats what I call Masala Competition!!
Is there any body know which is the worst part of VOI? Jatin Pandit, who used to say "SARASWATI MA KI KASAM" xyz is best. Why you are again and again taking oath. Secondly when Abhas eliminated Adesh say my " he don't have any interest in judging who is better " HARSHIT or Ishmit". When Toshi eliminated Abhijit got annoyed. Why Judges are behaving like this. They should be IMPARTIAL. When Judges behave like this then it affect on voting. I will request Gajendra Singh to taken care in future episod " CHHOTE USTAD".
