abhishek is a kid in front of shahrukh, infact u cannot compare him with shahrukh, who rules in severalhearts, even amitabh dont have more film fare awards compare 2 shahrukh.

Well, the article is about personalities endorsing brands - AB looks like a wimp. SRK's got attitude, and thats what counts..
More than his acting skills now the question for SRK is the survival issue. Lately since the emergence of Hritik and Abhishek he has started realising that he is losing ground and also fan following hence he is proclaiming himself at war with the bachchans which will give him easy publicity and coverage.He is like a man who blows his own trumphet and show lots of dis-respect to people he is afraid of losing out to. History says Amitabh had never done this with anyone in the industry. So wait and watch when the time will take a U-turn SRK and all your hunger for fame will come to surface for people to see the Ugly color of your ego and greed.
Though the topic is camparisions between SRK and JR AB but I wonder how can anyone compare SKR to BIG B......Imagine SKR and BIG B to be of same age and then think can SKR give quality performance like AMITABH has in films like DEEWAR/SHOLAY/LAWAARIS/TRISHUL/KALAA PATHAR/SUHAAG/ANDHAA KANOON/KHUDAH GAWAH/AGNIPATH/NAMAK HARAM/ZANJEER/DON/MARD/MUQADAR KA SIKANDER and many more.Even after so much of UPS & DOWNs in his career BIG B has bounced back and give a ride for money for actors of his age.At age of 65 he is still in a position to give tough time to 24yr younder to him actor who has age/stamina/choice of young heroines to act with and play chocolate hero to them. As of KBC...amitabh had raised the show from ground level to great heights and just by refering the computer as COMPAQDA instead of COMPUTERJI for sake of sponsor is not that he is better than AB...or...just by not speaking in pure hindi which I guess SKR cannot even if he wants to.....doesn't mean that he is not benifiting from what AB has contributed to popularising KBC. How different ha SRK acted in his films....be whatever the film his character looks the same instance...KAL HO NA HO...K3G....KANK....VZ....etc. Look at JR AB films and you see the variety of the emerging actor...look at REFUGEE....YUVA....SARKAR....GURU...DHOOM 1/2....DUS...BLUFFMASTER. Come freinds realise SRK is only because of his association with KARAN JOHAR and CHOPRAS proximity with whom he always wants to publicise in through media

Give him time to mature and you see he is an actor to watch for. See his immense growth from Shararat/tera jadoo chal gayaa to Sarkar,Yuva,Guru,Dhoom1/2. He has started winning awards and accolades. So wait and watch.

Dinesh....i appreciate the fact that you have responded in a polite manner unlike other fanatics on this forum...yes ABjr has improved...but that really isn't saying much since he was downright pathetic in earlier flicks.....sorry but i didn't like him in Dhoom1/2, He was bearable in Yuva and Guru only coz of the great Mani Ratnam....i think that even in these two performances there is some need for improvement...purely my opinion though!!........as for Sarkar...i think it is one of the highly overrated movies after Bhansali's Devdas......only Kaykay did well......awards...hahahah....!I don't believe in those gibberish awards since they are crappy anyways.....i am sure that the fact that they are rigged is an open secret by now....they have totally lost credibility....as for waiting and watching....my patience is fast running out.BTW I AM NOT A FAN OF SRK....i am just an ordinary movie buff like anyone else
PS. The one (and only)performance of Abjr i liked was in Phir Milenge.... i admit that it is a sincere performance....i do think Abjr is a tad talented but there are better guys in the industry who deserve accolades that are meaninglessly showered on Abjr...All thanx to nepotism and sycophants

Yes I do agree that ABjr doesn't generate that kind of pull what BigB had in his younger days but I still think he has some potential in him and those right movies haven't yet come for him. SRK definetely has move crowd pulling capacity but he is fast running towards saturation.You come across those very rare gems like BigB especially in Bollywood- who are immensely successful in their both ininngs. SRk is stil playing his first session so to compare him to BigB is not fair.And moreover we in India are even crazy about western performers who in their own respective countries are not that popular to deserve respect what we give them but we would go an extra mile to demean the legends we have produced we fail to value them and give them their due.I feel what we lack is proper,positive and healthy marketing which especially europeans and American are excellent at. So why don't you enjoy the BigB-the legend we have and also SRK the witty guy who whether he is a good actor or just a popular personality who knows what the pulse of public is and reacts to it best in his favour. As for ABjr....he is a dark horse and can do better if the era of action movies return.

Dont you guys have something better to say or say than fighting like kids over someone who get paid to do their job??? come on, shah rukh or abhishek, it doesnt really matter. After all we pay to watch these two to dace, sing, cry and laugh in front of us.

Dinesh ...i am glad that you partly agree with....Big B is no doubt a legend....it is just that i am disappointed that his son is not living upto to expectations....i would definitely love to watch a power-packed performance as in Phir milenge...let's hope for the best and keep our fingers crossed....wat say?
