All the acidic remarks made on this forum though relevant will fall on deaf ears. The information seeking media will always cover these news no matter how much you guys complain about it. Yeh duniya aise hee hai ... dont spike your BP over these trivial matters. Just a quick comment on the double standards adopted by Parmeshwar Godrej ... notice how Shilpa Shetty got invited. Wonder if she would have been invited had Shilpa not made the big headlines in the past few weeks. So, the moral of the story my dear readers .. do what Shilpa Shetty did .. ride high when the tide is in your favour. Make the best use of it ... and wait for the one big opportunity in your life when it comes your way. Till then, take a chill pill over these crazed media coverage over celebrities ... kyon ki .. jo hamare bas mein nahin, uske bare mein baat karne se kya fayada ?
There is only one good point which i feel is there..that since this weddin of the year is on such a big schale,they are spending a lot of money and a good part of that will reach the Indian Exchequer. There should be lots more weddings like this..these millionares should come and spend their wealth here!
Why the hell all this media glare in all channels etc.No other issues to tackle? but we all only responsible for this,anything and everything with CRICKET AND BOLLY/HOLLYWOOD sells,kya kare 100crore janta ki choice hai!!!!

Cover the suicide of farmers in various states COver why Indian hockey is not able to take off(investigative stories and not what various officials/ministers have to say) Cover the plight of Indian POWs COver the story of laundering of MPLADs COver the story the way reservation in higher education can effect indian interests at large Cover how india can cop up with the increaseed chinese expenditure in defence Cover the SWOT of different states of India Cover how India can leverage nuclear deal with US in ts own favour Cover how India can beat china in next 10 years time(not only in population) and US in next 20 years Cover how credit card companies are exploiting the people Cover how bad is the services of Reliance Infocmm, or MTNL or others.
Many more sir. Whihc will germinate new thoughts in the Indain reading those articles, instead of looking at the glamoros Liz.
And plz dont suggest me to be a journalist. I think I am doing my bit to conribute in the growth and awakening of my country INDIA.

Clap, clap, clap, clap!!! You should be the next president. Why a journalist. And please list out what are u doing or rather contributing to the growth of India rather that yelling that Chidambaram didnt do anything for u? How many fast unto deaths have u kept for farmers? How much % of your salary r u going to give to the country so that we match Chinas defence budget? I am sure u have a sony TV or music system and not BPL. Dont u have a credit card? or u have one and dont use it? How manu PILs have u initiated to solve the problems created by Reliance or MTNL or credit card suppliers. Dont just shout with a dictionary open in front of u. I havent read ur name in any newspaper of how u are contributing. U buggers only know how to criticise everything. n u cant see others enjying. They are marrying and showing the world bcos they have money which they have earned. Let me assure u, if u were invited to attend the wedding, u would have done so excitedly leaving important work in ur office. So lets not crib. Lets enjoy what we are given or join the system and change it.

Well done Nitish, nice suggestions to Media and also agreed that everyone is doing his or her job and contributing in his or her own way to the growht of India. But Media need money , look at their personal wealth and their Balance sheet , you know they are paying dividend also and giving good investment opportunities to Indian public. Thing is we must be aware also and Indian Inc also , they must invest in those channels and News papers who are doing good job and covering core areas which concern to India, and many of those you highlight as above. But if we speak about LIZ- ARUN marriage then its ok, they got money by hard working and they are also doing in teir own way to help humanity in various way by using their money and star status. But Media must cover on large scale the issues which can create awareness in general AAM AADMI so that 545 jokers and Buerocrats can give results and make them to give positive results from clerk of any department to Principle Secretary of India , Ministers, MPs, MLAs, CMs, in whole everyone who is enjoying seats to serve so called Indian poor and helpless public.
