He is one of the finest cinematographers/directors of our time. Just see the last interview he gave to indiaglitz.com.

Great Cameraman who can show a normal face into a beautiful one by using various lights and lenses.(eg)Meera Jasmine in Run,Boomika in Run,sadha in unnalle etc.,

One of the finest technician, tamil film industry has produced. Came from ordinary village with little exposure to camera, took tamil cinema to next level from Gentleman, kadhalan, Indian, shankar has undoubtedly brought the best from him. One of the finest direction is 12 B. Im sure his film will speak fr himself hereafter.

Very much shocked on hearing, As all i watch him from 12B most impressive film, Very good camera, His Direction and Haris's Music on love scene has some magic. A great loss for tamil art peoples.
