SRK has never given a true solo hit in his career...he alwayes needs the help of heroines, good music, and big banner.
True megastars are like Rajnikanth who dont need help of other factors to deliver a hit. Amitabh had this appeal in the 70s and 80s. Coolie, Mard, Sharabi, Mr Natwarlal, etc etc These films where superhits when he was the main person, the heriones were just there could have been anyone.
SRK has never given a hit like that...his individual starpower can be seen in films like
SWADES, ASOKA, BAADSHAH, PAHELI, JOSH, all flopped.

It%u2019s no secret that Shahrukh wants Amitabh%u2019s stature in Bollywood. He has been following Amitabh, be it films, TV shows or advertisements blindly for that elusive numero uno slot. Shahrukh can blindly take Big B%u2019s route in Don, KBC, ICICI, Navratna Tel, Dabour etc. but he will never acknowledge the fact the he is copying Big B, the brand.
I don%u2019t blame the stammering Khan, as Amitabh is aging, the dynamics of market also needs an alternative to Amitabh. But it seems the game is taking its toll on Shahrukh, he is trying too hard to dethrone Amitabh from where he is now. Remember, Shahrukh is a clever fox, he knows how to manipulate media, and he bloody well knows how to put Amitabh in a bad light. After all, Shahrukh studied Media Studies and Mass Communication at Jamia Milia. He has been relentlessly attacking Amitabh through media whispering campaigns.
He has support from Congress and Sonia Gandhi.
He has support from rest of the Bollywood who were not invited at the Abhi-Ash wedding.
Amitabh is also to be blamed. Abhishek is no superstar like Hrithik. He should understand the fact but he is picking fight with Hrithik Roshan also. Obviously Shahrukh Khan will take advantage of that. Right after Abhi-Ash wedding, Shahrukh showed his strength in the industry by inviting more than forty superstars of Bollywood, from yesteryears to next gen, to perform an item number for his home production.

Amitabh Bachchan is in legal hassle as Bombay High Court yesterday issued a notice to him for allegedly violating Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).
A city journalist named Nirmal Thakur filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) against Amitabh saying Bachchan allegedly indulged in foreign currency transaction without the mandatory permission of the Reserve Bank of India. Thus, he violated FEMA.
After hearing the PIL filed by a journalist A Division Bench of Chief Justice Swatanter Kumar and Justice S C Dharmadhikari issued the notice and CBI inquiry into the alleged violation of FEMA.

Well, I'm composing the review of the most expensive movie in Indian History after making myself all qualified after watching it in all the three A, B and C centers. A movie review should be true by all means, so that it reflects the opinion of at least 90% of the audience and should criticize and appreciate the minuses and pluses of the movie respectively. For a diehard Rajnikanth fanatic it's a real challenge to pen a review like that for "Sivaji - The Boss". I will ensure that I go by the true ethics of writing a review. Wait! I swear I will surely unleash the fanatic beast in me as this review proceeds (in a separate section) and hope to make this one an entertaining read for you all. Here it goes.
If you think that its the box office records that are awaiting to be broken or those that are to be created is what "Sivaji - The Boss" has to battle out, then you are wrong. Surprisingly, scrambled screenplay wages a war on the movie and Rajni, the one man army, somehow manages to win the battle with its magical skills and style. To be honest, I was left somewhat disheartened when I watched it on the 0th day, a preview show at Melody theatre with expectations soaring high. If you go to the movie hall with no expectation thinking that the movie will be a "No Logic - All Magic" kind, then this movie is a sure shot Commercial Family Entertainer for you.
