i wanted to catch MP3 unfortunately cudnt make up for it....so had to sit for this movie....however watching the movie changed my perception towards it....though has no latkas-jhatkas n shartbusters....its gud to watch an beautifully crafted movie...go for it will come out being enriched...
He is talking about trimming 20 min in second half for such a film. Films by Karan Johar ought end when they start but they keep on dragging for minimum 3 hrs which I guess he will not award less than 3 stars. And please give some credit to the debutant director. He made a simple and a touching film based upon lives of common people. Grow up my friend and get out of that typical Yash Chopra/Karan Johar mould.
Hay Bookwala, Kya Aasman se Paida hua tha? The word Maa Kasam must be uttered in India Millions of times every day. To say that it is not part conte...whatever Cinema is abhorable. In that case the kind of Cinema that he is talking about is so far away from general public that Mr Bookwala can only watch it in his own home if someone can make it for him.

just relax.. I dont find anything wrong with the review and its just his point of opinion, just like every one of us. If you don't like a film and write a review on it only to get bashed by everyone, how would you feel..

The problem is he isnot there to just give an openion. He is supposedly an expert on films a critic, so he has to look beyond his bias and give an unbiased view as much as possible. Though it appears he just gave his opinion and did not view the movie as a critic.
im waiting for the review of dharm! it seems to be a really well made, thought provoking movie and id love to know if it really was something like that
