Sanjay's jail sentence
by Neetiyath Kalathil Mohan on Jul 31, 2007 07:30 PM

Most of people difinitely have sympathy on him as we all know he has already got enough during the last few years and one has to admit his will power. However, at the same, the law is such that the judge can't show sympathy to him for the crime committed. Sanjay took it lightly and those time, it was almost like regular business having contact with underworld, that's the way it was going on. He is unluck to have caught in that act, may be a "bad moment" in his life. Law has to take its own course and the judge can't show leniency only to him. The judge can give punishment to the person brought to him. What about thousands of other anti elements who are really there to create terror who are still at large? who is going to catch them and give punishments? These are the questions to be asked at this moment. Nevertheless, law has to take its course, but a machine has to be at place to measure the intensity of crime committed and the circumstances under which it was committed, the background of an individual, etc (but people may take advantage of this too), so our sympathy has no value at this moment. Let us pray for his well being.
Mohan, Pune

Every thing Funny & Sad

Its a Joke of the Day India & Indian should think abt it now.How sad when we see a minister who was a school teacher now having a networth of 1100 cr.Some others having more than that, some of them are murderer also. But Sanjoy Dutt only kept AK47(A Prohibited Gun) in his custody & he might be involved but not in a direct manner & moreover he has for that already he spend 13 yrs in jail again 6 yrs is too much for him.So what about the other \"Big Fish\" Some of Ministers who are breaking laws every day & some them also playing crusial role in fevour of Terror. Please try to love our mother Land & dont try to sell it.
