I guess comparison is not possible here coz the imagnation of book reader is different from the one who fits characters into imagination by seeing a movie. The 5th movie is certainly not as good as the 4th was but the book was also so long and kinda boring in sort. The last scenes were good but the first scene was completely not upto the mark but overall the movie is good.
At the ripe age of 89 I'm regressing into a second childhood and after a pal's prompting, I felt a deep urge to watch a Harry Potter movie. Friends, that's no child's movie. It most certainly is a horror movie. Many sequences had me shutting my eyes tight in fear and after one particular nasty scene I gripped both armrests so tightly that I pissed in my pants. That night each shadow on my bedroom wall left me quivering and I cried myself to sleep. Thank you, but no more Potters - book or flm - for me.
weeeellll....as a die hard fan of the books and an average fan of the movies, i can say that it was a good movie, but a few touches here and there would have made it even better. the opening dementor attack was totally sad!!
I don't understand why comparision? I had never read any of Harry Potter books but seen all Harry Potter movies and i don't find any reason to comment on them they are execellent and well treated, its tough bring any friction character alive. This is done very beautifully. Book is a book which is already a milestone and movie cannot be compared.
BOTTOMLINE GO NJOY MOVIE ON BIG SCREEN WITHOUT COMPARISION.
I think this is the best movie that originally stuck to the book after Prisoner Of Azkaban. But since the book is too huge, v cannot expect everything to be present in the movie, that's excusable.
