I don't know what is this all about. Why to go over gaga about anyone whether is it SRK or AB. We masses pay for ticket to get entertained, if our movies fails to do so then its not worth watching it. If it succeeds then you say it is worth spending money on the movie. Its like buying a washing powder, it it cleanses your cloth well then fine else you lost your money. At the end you are not gonna get your money back. Its upto you to go any buy the same product next time. Cinema is also same. It sells like a brand with actors. As long as paisa wasool, its fine, but no need to be a multi level marketire for any actor or actoress. You are not going to get anything out of it.
I think sharukh is a gud actor.But he is not a legend actor in indian film industry.He is not gud romantic actor like Shammmikapoor,SALMANKHAN.But i like his films like BAAZIGAR,ddlj.

Wel, the debate is still going on whether SRK is a superstar or not. No doubt from my point of view he has aleady conquered the world by his acting.. n people's loves him bcoz of his excellent acting n good comedy in the film.. No doubt he has given 100% efforts in his movies.. And who said that he don't know comedy, plz. go n see DDLG, K3G, KKHH, KHNH etc.. And recently he has given a fabulous perfomance in Veer Zara, I really loved his way of speaking dialoque.. I think he has earn most number of best actor awards then any other actors in his 15 years of career.. n still to come...N his DDLG is National Award winner. So stop passing your comments bcoz no one in this rediff reader who has not seen his single movie.. if u have not like him then u have not seen his single movie. U rock King of Bollywood.. SRK is not a good comic actor, U watch his movies were he tries to do comedy and its like he is trying hard but we have no choice but to go on and laughy because the other co actor in the same screen makes us laugh and not SRK's impression. No doubt he is good at emotional actings and doing romantic roles.

mhd zameer these all films r directors hit which u r counting for srk,he need big banners big locations etc etc..to make it hit unlike Amitabh Bacchan .Bacchan was one man show he took whole film on his shoulder whether it be deewar don zanjeer agnipath or many more of his hits.AB is only king srk is joker in front of him

Sandeep, all the films you named are 20- 30 year old movies. Can you name some movie in recent times say in last 10-15 years where he carried single handedly please.. He was a big star once upon a time and time has changed.. There are new stars. that is the law of the nature..

I think that is correct to some extent. I remember one nonsensical movie called Mard and I wondered how it was a super hit. It was just because of Amitabh. Amitabh had many such hits even the movies terrible but for Amitabh. Some actors like Amitabh, Rajani Kanth and Chiranjeevi add life to otherwise lifeless movies. Heroes like SRK, Amir Khan and Hrithic being good actors depend heavily on other factors like storyline, director and music. I think recent movie Dhoom2 showed that Hrithik may be another crowd puller on his performance irrespective of badly made movies.

guys actors come and go and some stays longer. they make money and they live in luxury.just watch the movie for your money and get entertained. he is almost done in his career and other stars will come. but definilty he is good entertainer like , amithabm rajeshkahann, mithun chakroborty, salman khan, rthik roshan and but the real actors are nasrudheen shah, nana patekar, om puri, amrish puri, paresh rawal and many such. there is big difference between entertainer mass pullers and actors
srk is a big zero compared to aamir. srk suited only darr and NOTHING else. imagine with what flair aamir wudve performed in silly ddlj, kkhh etc. aamir sometimes overdoes roles that require some intensity, but is a true champion in every other role. he's awesome as a comedian. srk totally flops in romance,comedy etc and mostly appears oily faced with drunk looks. srk acting is stale, stereotypical and who only knows to keep his hairstyle intact and stammer ALL the time. i hope madam tussaud's srk wax statue melts and reforms to look like aamir. but i dont think AK really cares about such trivial things. btw, im a chennaite.

u just keep hoping....srk..is an overall performer...even sanjeev kumar was abetter actor than big b....but evryone knows who is a bigger star.....srk is loved more than aamir...and thats the bottomline...

Khaakh best. Jab dekkho Big B ki copy karta rehta hai. Last time he said on an awards show that he won't imitate Big B and now he is doing again with "OSO" a multi starer song with actors who are feeling insecure now just like SRK. I think when SRK reaches 50 all u who are being on SRK's side praising will disappear with new stars. I feel sad for SRK. Big B Zindabad. Even Richard Gere said that Amitabh Bachchan is the Emperor. Emperor bole to Badshahon ka Badshah ( Bole to King of the Kings) toh SRK to kuch nai hai na.
