Sanjay and his days ahead..
by Surekha Tenneti Venugopal on Sep 16, 2006 07:06 PM

SanjaY seems to have had put, at some stage of his days, dangerous weapons in his house, on request by dangerous people too. Also, those very same people seemed to have caused all those deaths and destructions in India's powerful hub,Mumbai.
Sanjay's action, albeit in innocence, foolishness and a psychological need, can well be deemed the highest of crimes- crime against the country. So, proving that the crime was committed, will of course be extremely unfortunate for his future.

Notations!
by suresh on Sep 15, 2006 12:03 PM  | Hide replies

Oh man! guys please, I've told you this several times (and you've changed in the economy related articles).
Don't mentioned Crores and millions both in rupees. If you want to help American readers a quick perspective, put it in US dollars. Say 45 crores ($10 million) or something like that. What's the pointing in giving both the figures in rupees? Everyone who knows the value of rupee knows the value of crores and lakhs too.

I completely agree....the same should be followed as a standard all across rediff. rupees dont need to be mentioned in millions and it would be helpful if you can put dollars in million denominations !.

Guilty must be punished
by Piyush Gupta on Sep 15, 2006 07:38 AM

If Sanjay Dutt is found guilty in killing of innocent people during Mumbai bomb blast, he should be severly punished regardless of how much money in being invested on him by film industry.

What is the media upto?
by Sameer P. Dhuru on Sep 14, 2006 01:04 PM  | Hide replies

I think the media is hyping too much about the money invested in Sanjay Dutt's films. Is trying to create a sympathy wave for Dutt who if found guilty MUST be punished as per the law of the land.

This has been the scene since his arrest. Unecessary hype is given to the people. If they are not really invovled why will thier names appear in the list. Why not the names of other actors....there should be some involvement that might have triggered the investigation. How deep is the involvement will be clear with the verdict.
