RAMU is far better than yash chopra's & karan johar's who are making crap films for nri amul babies.
New Sholay will be SuperHit Best of luck to ramgopal verma ,amithab bachan,Mohan lal,Ajay devgon & mohit .
One needs to understand that even Sholay is a remake of a Hollywood movie, which in turn is a remake of a Japanees movie named the Seven Samurai. so what wrong to remade again by ram gopal verma ?
dont forget godfather remade as sarkar and become super hit ..
so we are waiting for another satya,company,sarkar like different sholay .

really a very nice message sir.no body should blame rgv,a genius for making the remake of a remake of a remake of a remake.ur message is good.he is a very great director and anyone who doubts rgv's creativity can remember the climax shots of sarkar.they will get it.
Bollywood is becoming the worst film indusrty first they copy the hollywood movies straight away - example: Unfaithful - Murder, scareface - agneepath etc.. now they are remaking the old master pieces. What a shame. RGV we are watching hollywood movies good bye to Bollywood films.
Mark my words Mr RGV, this remake of your SHOLEY will FLOP all over the world. There is only one SHOLEY and will remain so.This is a grave mistake you are going to make in your entire career and your all star cast will be damaged by your this stupidity.
Sholay may be a 'great' movie for people in India but what people don't seem to realize is that its a cheap imitation of American classic 'Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid' starring Paul Newman and Robert Redford, that came out in the 1960s. Those who idolize Sholay should go grab a DVD of it.
Yeah, u r 100% right Asif, I am really wondreing why Amithab had accepted that role. He should not have done that. I have seen Don and it was very difficult to see Shahrukh in Amithab shoes. I wish that this movie was not made. Again, it will be funny (rather horrible) to see Kothari doing Basanthi so is others taking up Amithab & Dheeru's roles. But some where I have strong feeling thatt this RGV's Sholey (or Mumbai ka Jabbar) will never see the light of the day.
