please get experienced people to review movies. it starts with "let me spill the beans" and then goes on to reveal the suspense of the movie. the movie is definitely worth watching and deserves a 3 out of 5
I didn't read the book, but was thoroughly enjoying the movie .Tom Hanks did act well if you ask me. Ofcourse the movie was slightly lenghty ,but it had to be to do justice to the theme.My star rating 3 out of five

Please try and understand one thing as well as you can. Some people are genetically incapable to radiate any sort of intellect. One can't hide or undo this fact by becoming a movie critic.

Next time you sit to write a review. Please make sure it is a 10 song 3 hour Karan Johar movie. Because you will have a better chance to hide your mediocrity.
Ever had the experiance of anyone who came running from first day first show of gupt and shouted out in class, Kajol is the Killer!!!! ......this Reviewer should be banned from ever writing reviews again....if this is how he will handle it....by revealing the climax before most are able to watch it....YES i have read the book...but many havent....please spare a thought for them....

If rediff wants to maintain its judgement on reviews about movies and especially about English movies, I would suggest please get rid of this reviewer (Ramananda Sengupta ) A S A P !! First of all even the most amature of the critics won't try to reveal the mysteries and puzzles of the movie in the begining. Secondly the crtic in this case has no clue about english movies and how to compare a book to a movie. If you look into Sengupta's review, he's praised movies like Main Hun Na !!! and any Shah Rukh Khan melodramas. May be he's got too much dose of bollywood. Mr.Sengupta, take a break and watch some other movies. What a third class pathetic reviewer !!!
Sir with all due respect I do think you have any right to spoil a climax of any movie no matter how much you hated it. As a proffesional you are expected to behave like one Da vinci code is a good movie if not great, if anyone else can do better they are welcome to try it
