one thing that i want to mention here is that i haven't seen a bit of originality in these guys singing in the programme ... they are always upto copying the older singers.. will we call this talent... atleast i won't. as far as walking out of the judges is concerned.. it was a very bad step and shows that we the people of this country have no respect in their eyes... and it is only what they think should be done.. when this type of performa for the show has been already declared.. then its the public and not the 3 very talented judges who have to decide to keep the singer or send him back.. this thing has been indeed a big slap over the faces of us the indians... who watch the show with all zeal..
We the people are opposing the rule or format of voting. It is now being discussed when it is coming to the entertainment industry. Why havent we discussed the same for Polictics. Hevent we seen enough stupid, Self centred and non deserving candidates winning in politics and the concerned and deserving people losing the same. Slowly all the candidates who are deserving and educated distanced themselves from politics. The same will be the fate of all these reality shows. We wont get good talent instead we will see all stupid, hypocrites and non deserving candidates winning these so called game shows. GOD SAVE OUR COUNTRY
People who thinks that sundeep and anuj are singers dont know any thing about music.first of all standars of Indion Idol are much lower than the standards of Sa Re Ga Ma of Zee Tv.And now when all the good singers like amey,monali,panna and two other girls are out nothing has been left in the show.Karunya is no doubt is a very good singer and i would not be surprised if he gets eleminated this time.I cant understand why pepole vote only those pepole who come from their city.
Its really my honour to give my comments on the things going on in the selection procedure of INDIAN IDOL. It was really disgusting to find Amey Date to be out of the Indian Idol gala. As an aware citizen of India it is my opinion to select the contestants of Indian Idol purely on the judges judgement. The people in India in general obviously wants to have an Indian Idol of their own locality ir-respective of the talents they possess. I am afraid that due to less votes Karunya should not be thrown out in the next gala. Can't say - Amey's example has shown it. If Karunya is out in the next gala, you all should strongly protest the shown and sincerely walk out. Being a professional I assume that you are sincere to your profession. I truly believe at the end there will only be two contestents - Anuj & Sandeep. Indian Idol as compared to Zee - Sa-Re-Ga-Ma is very low. See the talents Zee produces out of their show.

I found the behaviour of all the II judges extremely childish and to an extent biased....how can u so openly degrade another contestant and lower his morale (am talking abt Anuj here) this is the format decided by the organisers of this show and if anything it is the organisers who have to be blamed for a quality contestant getting out. The judges on the other hand should be taking sides. Anu Malik talking abt being patriotic is nonsense...ref: the clip where he was shown prasing and singing a song for Dawood Ibrahim, aired on major channels (hypocrite)...he shouldnt have even been made a judge for this show!
After seeing all this how can you tolerate to have the same format. You should not be completely dependable on public voting. then why are you there for if you can't do anything. A very good singer, we can say, best singer is voted out and you couldnot do anything after protesting. Dear judges, use your powers and bring him back as he will be our next indian idol and not that Anuj or Sandeep who are equivalent to his students.
One can win and One can loss in that. One thing I can't understand yet. All the judges have filtered the contestants and given 30 contestants to us. Now our choice to select any one of them. Final thing people's verdict.
Judges don't have right to condemn the people about voting. They have only one right to judge the singers capabilities at the performance day.
One thing about Amey Date. If he has the good singing capabilites, you will give the Prize money and contract directly. Why you are wasting the time and people's money through SMS and Phone calls. Don't Politize the things. Go with your strict rules. Best example is cricket now a days. Once there was most of the players from Bombay. Now very daring and dashing players from other parts of India.
My final word: Talent is everywhere, don't see only Mumbai.
I think method to choose an indian idol is totally wrong. I think it is just a commercial program for earning money out of lakh's of lakhs of sms they get.
the purpose of program is only to earn money and nothing more than that.
