The movie was ok.But Devgan,Saif & Kareena acted well.Rest were nothing that great.Ilike the scene where Konkan sensharma kills saif...Over all well done movie but not for second ticket.Can watch second time on DVD Devgan and saif have maintained their physique.............. they look really gud..
This is the best movie in the entire History of Indian Cinema. Great Direction by Bharadwaj. Saif proved that he can do negative role better than anyone. Excellent superb! India got an oscar this time Saif steal the show Saif the kewl evil............
What a crappy movie..I just dont know how can a actor like nasserudeen shah be wasted in movie like this. no doubt performances were good but i cant deny that but the story didnt have any face to it..It didnt have any thing different in it apart from guy like saif being labelled as langda. I wonder when will Indians learn to make a completely unique film which has no inspiration from the west and its a completely original theme. I really feel lucky that there is some thing like hollywood which comes with really unique stuff never heard,never imagined..for god sake even the word bollywood copied from hollywood,what a shame..
Movie is not that good enough to give the rating of 4 star. infact 2 stars are sufficient enough for this kind of movie. Story is repeatative and dialogues are vulgarous.Not good enough to be seen with the family.
It has just been a sadist tale, splattered with vulgar language who the sophisticated people and others have enjoyed no dobut. But it is never binding on the adaptation to stick to all the words of the play and the movie could have been made more relevant to the times in which it is getting produced. Since I am not from the underworld, I wanted to throw up seeing a husband kill his wife on the day of her marriage brutally. Well in the days of 30 affairs it is just irrelevant to show a man killing his wife based on a doubt when people have started taking note of mixed doubles. I just fear that someone even after 20 years would come up with the same ending of a husband and wife when people would be talking about threesome or foursome.
