Omkara is a very good movie and worth your money to watch. Star cast has done justice with their character, but saif is outstanding. Thanks vishal ji and keepup the good work....my wishes are always with you.
It is unfortunate that Indian film producer are making films in the name of God & against nature of God.Omkara is latest one. Omkara is god of past,present & future. omkara is always in there in world. Making such films indicates that filmwala can sell any thing making money. otherwise what is reason naming omkara of this film.I don't know why the media is praising the film and its direcor so much.
Since filmwala wants make money & for that the can go any extend go ! Go ! But please don't involve god or godess there.
Greatest cenimatic art after a long time since Bandit queen. adaption of othello with great vision and sincerity. Full marks to Vishal Bhardwaj. Jai ho omkara ki. Each and every actor has acted effortlessly with sheer ease. And much to credit of all they have acted against their image. Great stuff
Only Ajay could play omkara. He is an intense performor. Talent ka bhandar hai ajay baba. his acting looks like a cake walk.
Saif is terrific he does complete justice to langda tyagi's character. He proves that he is a versatile actor and here to stay. SRK learn something.
Vivek has palyed his part very well. He has that rustic look in him. Acting bhi accha tha
Kareena and Bipasa are too good. Kareena is too good for her age.
Bipasha rocks in the song bidi jalile.
And not to forget the spark of the movie konkana sen. She is sensational she has given a bold performance. She has given a realistic performances.
The movie however belongs to the director great job.
Omkara is one of the best movies I have ever seen in my life. The film is just brilliant, every shot is taken with lot of care and I salute Vishal Bharadwaj for his magnificent direction and the cinematographer. Surely it is one of the best movies ever made in India.
Saif and Ajay are just brilliant , there are surely a rare and real talent.
Congrats Vishal, whatever may be the fate of Omkara in terms of box-office collections , u have made a genius product and u r a genius.
Give us more and more movies like Omkara , U r surely one of the best directors ever in Bollywood.
Its a below average movie witha terrific perfomance from Saif.Konkana is ok.Kareena again failed.No background for Omkara`s suspect and character.Poor music and background.Vivek is poor by role and act.difficult dialects to understand.Must be a flop in South.
viveks role is very less and and ajay is very dull in the movie. dialagues should come with high sound and clarity of sound is bad and last word is movie went in a good story sequence as saif dominated the story
Happened to see on this weekend. This was the movie that generated huge interest much before its release because of the new style given to stars, vishal's name and music, and the shakespeare angle. Movie, I found was average. If you see maqbool, the language is tough, crisp yet not obscene. Here to make it more realistic, vishal has gone overboard with foul language. Also while it says it is set in UP, they havent got the language right. The language used is jat/gujjar language and hardly couple of districts in the border speak it. NEVER the people around lucknow. Rajju' slanguage was much nearer to the hindi spoken in the assumed region of the plot. Nasser never faulters with language. If you see, everyone is speaking its own dialect in the movie, each character. Also, the village looks fake out right..in some scenes the haveli showns looks as if it is built on cardboard..or may be its just the color they have chosen of the haveli. Saif's get-up is delighting in the movie and its the first movie that gives him rugged look.Ajay is good, vivel is clueless as bahubali and Bipasha cld just have been avoided..she is misfit with the whole movie..
