I think Akshay kumar is the best comic actor so far, But i think the best comedian i have seen is Paresh rawal

I feel the best comic actor at present is PARESH RAWAL. By far he is most consistent and his comic timing is purrfect. I can watch Hera Pheri anytime..and I enjoyed watching Phir Hera Pheri also.

Then second comes OM PURI. U cannot forget him Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro, Chachi 420, Hera Pheri..and so many other movies.

I think Govinda is the best comic actor we have in bollywood. His comic timing is superb. He has proved that in many of his movies.
