I second that! As soon as Himani and Aadesh got the sense (after debojit and vinit voted in) that himani is gonna be voted out (Hem Chandra, one of the previous times got highest votes so chances of him not getting enough votes were slim), they created this drama. People like Himani and Aadesh should be banned from participating in any other shows, atleast from any talent search show. Personally now, i would never like to hear Himani's songs or waste any time on any of Aadesh's work. Such people are black spot on the name of singers and mentors.
This is not surprising. Anyone can see that Ismail is very rude, indecent, openly and blatantly canvassing for his own disciples, generally behaving very badly on stage even forgetting that he is on stage.
Typical indian mentality. Grow up guys. This bickering and back stabbing will never fade from our society. Music is meant to be inspirational and something that gives peace and tranquility. Look at what you guys have done. Shame on all you Music producers. Feel sick and pity for you.
I watched the show tonight (27/01) in Aust, where the 3 contestants wanted to walk out and also read about clashed between Aadesh and Ismail. I think it is very immature for those 3 to walk out. They obviously think they are better singers than Debojit. They think it but can't openly admit it in public. Personally, I think Debojit is a good singer. His poor publicity, lack of praises and support from the mentors especially Aadesh and Himesh has left him in the background. It is so obvious that these two mentors do not like Debojit. They must have come up very easily to their current status that they have forgotten how a person has to struggle to reach stardom, a little support from them would not have killed them.
I never thought much of Aadesh from the start. I thought Himesh would be fair but after the last couple of weeks I have not put him in the same category as Aadesh. I have respect for Ismail as he is honest with him opinions and have always been fair with the other contestants. I know his walking out last week was silly but we don't know what happens behind the scenes that made him do so. The show should not divide them in gharanasin future.
This is indeed an interesting article. As a viewer,i fell that immense injustice has been done to good singers, who come almost till the final round and then got voted out.I fail to understand the fact about the choice being given to indian viewers to vote.Alka yagnik,lata ji and others in the industry didnt become famous by public voting or any such filthy voting system. I thoroughly disagree with the show format which gives the choice for indian audience to vote.if one has such a format for voting only then ULFA or other such militant groups come into the picture.
the judges ,who are right now in the show are really of very high calibre and they can judge the best singer by themselves.its very very infair that nihira was voted out and debojit's survival till this stage itself is a shock.I dont think he sings even half as good as the other singers were/are.
its high time ,that sa re ga ma pa directors make some changes in the format the next time when they hold such a challenge.
bring in good musicians and have many rounds just like the ones now and get back to ur original format .public voting can only give bad singers to the nation.
Thanks for giving this opportunity of raising my voice. It is extremely disappointing that singers like 'NIHIRA', HIMANI, SHARIB have been voted out whereas an inconsistent singer like 'DEBOJIT' is heading to become 'India's voice'. The maximum voting from North East has made this possible. A simple suggestion to this would be to weigh the absolute voting numbers by the Population of each state so that the most deserving candidate would become Indias Voice unanimously without any such regional bias. Otherwise, SA RE GA MA PA will loose its charisma.
hi everyone, its a very bad decision against Nihira coz Nihira was the one best contestant in the contest.im very sad abt it.even Himani is very good in singing its a singing contest n the audience should take care abt the the singing of the contestant not other things.
