The mess is created by the greed of the TV channel and the producer. Each sms sent to them brings rupees 3 to their pockets from the phone companies. That is why they do not mention any sponsor anymore like they used to (HERO-HONDA). The crores of rupees are being made at the cost of poor kids who aspire to be the singers. The ugly hairstyles, dresses and make-ups have ruined the only pure musical show. The track music has eliminated the need of live band, singing without music and the knowledge of classical music. As India was not divided enough already this show has created even bigger rift.
hi its a very interisting progm to watch,but the recent voting system is not at all fare,according to me Himani was the clear winner.the 80% votes from assam is just not done mr GAJENDAR u R not giving us INDIAS VOICE as promised by you
Poor guy Hem was voted out in the last three which i thought was just the result of poor voting otherwise anyone who knows music would have liked Hem to be sharing the dias with Vinit. And the gr8 Ismails rude comments even in the last episode (Vinit and Debojit singinging for Sandesh and other composers) about his chela not getting the correct songs to sing was rediculous. I feel he does not have a heart at all and being such a good composer he again showed his rudeness towards composer Sandesh shandilya of giving good song to Vinit. I personally believe that Debojit is not a candidate of indias voice as his singing even resembles east. I feel some of his songs he sang like S.D. Burman or even resembling Hemantda. If Adesh srivastava or Himesh were not supporting Debojit then they were right as they have the experience of composing the music as well as working with various artists. In my book positions of inidas voice would be just like int he subject column

Hey, if debo voice resembes to east than he is not india's voice ? You mean R D Burman, Hemantda are not Indian voice ? Then, what makes Indian Voice ? North, South or West ? I guess you will say it is the region where you belong to, right ? Peolpe like you who does not know the constituents of Indian music or culture should first educate himself before commenting in such a topic.
I have been watching and listyening sa re ga ma since day one, including the repeat shows. I feel sorry for the finalists. all the singers are singing equally good. the public voting system is not the right thing to do, otherwise we should find a formula to count it. It is regionally biased results. when Himani left I was totally depressed. She is an exellent singer. To me Vinit and Himani are unbelievable. Now it looks like Debu might win the final because of the regional voting, which is not fare. Debu is also extremly good, still Vinit is undoubtedly the top among the boys.
i am the regular spectator of this programmw.in yesterday,S PROGRAMME debojeet got the highest vote but because of frustation as his candidate may be out Aadesh isgetting irritated. tHIS IS NOT IS fairwith Debojeet.He is very good singer.He has alot of punch in his voice.He has popularise the hindi songs in NERegion of India as he is getting alot of votes from there.I am from lucknow but i appreciate debojeet and hir voice.Well done debojeet.Aadesh ko jalene do.
I agree that the present format of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa does not guarantee that the best singer will emerge the winner. It is a wonderful program to spot talent in our country, and it has done wonders in the past in finding for us singers like Kunal Ganjawala, Ghosal, etc. I do not believe it was a good idea to introduce public voting to determine the winner where prejudice, regionalism, etc. could play a great role. The introduction of "gharana" system too was ill advised with mentors like Himesh hyping their singers (Vineet) no end. Himesh's talk of Vineet's love has been disgusting too. We are interested in listening to good music and not learning about anyone's love. Adesh too appeared very prejudiced in his remarks. Jatin/Lalit and Ismail Durbar looked most fair until Ismail Durbar walked out of one of the episodes. He could have done without, but perhaps he was too disillusioned with the attitude of other mentors. Finally, I believe Vineet, Himani and Hemchandra should have been disqualified (and Debojeet declared a winner)for the arrogance they showed on the set by indicating that they would like to quit. That was the lowest point of the show - It got killed.
i live in guyana in south america and we do get sa ra ga ma pa i was shocked when i see hemani's proformance i knew that her style was very disturbing that night now i know the reason why. my best wishes to all the participants you did a fine job.topi i still remember ur proformance when u had mr kapil dav in tears. may god bless yo all. priya
