Rediff is a news portal. But why is it limiting itself to one/two concerned people while publishing the news about the reaction of the film industry?? As per the article, all the people expressing shock about Salman getting pusnishment, are those who have business interest in him.....Producers and Directors of movies in which Salman is a Hero. These handful of BUSINESSMEN do NOT represent the entire film industry. Moreover, Rediff article is still using the word "älleged" in the killing of blackbucks by Salman. When the honourable court has found him guilty, how is it still alleged??? Even if the entire film industry expresses the shock abt Salman's punishment, it will be more for the business reasons. The court has given the verdict, the citizens are expected to follow it, instead of blaming and expressing shock at the decision
Gr8 job by the judiciary once again.They are the lone custodian of our rights and the shining ray of light in this world where darkness of corruption reigns.One just hopes Salman is actually imprisoned.This will serve a great lesson for all those with the right connections that the law will catch up with you sooner or later.
is a bollywood star above the law of the country.. then why is the bollywood shocked... did they think he will get away... at least judiciary is taking effort to convict influential people to proove it is alive and kicking.. bravo!!
What the hell!Why Bollywood is shocked? Do they think they are above the law and nobody from bollywood may get imprisonment? I was astonished on Ravi Chopra's comment! Does he think that no murderer should get punished only because not all murderers get punished!Ridiculous!
If he is so concerned then put him / them instead.....every citizen is answerable to the law....but i wonder if this sentence will really materialize.....
quite unfair deal with salmaan by law and order of india. if it has to do with poaching case then pl also punish other members equally participation for sin.
Do our Filmwals consider themselves above law. A major reason why justice was delayed, is Salman's intentional delay. His remarks in court show that he is a big hypocryte.
Ravi Chopra should be tried for contempt of court.
