Is this what contemporary India has boiled down to, an ignorant man who clearly is not aware of our culture grovelling over a sensual kiss by consenting adults. Let us not forget that the Karma Sutra is our history, but it seems that we are taking 1 step forward and 3 steps back. Rather that advocating more serious issues such as poverty and the rights of the vulnerable, he is attempting to impose his idiosyncratic morals on us. As the old saying goes, "If you don't like watching it, just switch it off" or in the cinema, just leave. Censorship is there to protect the majority from what Indian society sees as ill morals, but as this old-timer perceives ideals that are not the norm
And what a hippocrate, if he says the Constitution is his religion, why is he peddling religion in his arguements, let alone argueing about painting your own mother nude, i think it is he with perverted morals.
Lets face it. Movies do mimic real life. If kissing in public has become acceptable to Indian sensibilities I see no harm in showing it on screen. And whats obscene about it? Its just a way of showing affection. The obscenity is in the advocate s head, nowhere else.
R you saint or mahatma...grow up man...see some other hindi movies of malika sherawat...then you will now what is vulgarity....don;t try to be in limelight by doing this thing.....crazy Diwedi....hahahhahah

Well Done Mr Dwivedi for igniting the required sensual spark in the darkness of vulgarity
Its time to for you to wake up to some reality...Watch murder and nunerous remix video's first....which you also might be watching late in the night......improve yourself first before improving the society...Moron
You dont watch hindi movies or all movies? You see hollywood is i8t? Y have u not mentioned..? Its is specified inDhoom2 dat its a U/A movie bcoz of this scene that the kids should be accompanied by parents.. Dont u know the meaning of it being a lawyer? U shud have been more careful befre taking ur son.. But none cant afford to miss an awesome movie jus 4 dat minute..
it is precisely because of morons like this who per se have zero or sub zero talent as lawyers and are out of work and need a some kind of attention to make them viable as potential lawyers that Indian justice systems are so slow.Valuable time is lost over such idiotic cases. So what if aishwarya rai kissed Hrithik? If this guy cant tolerate assaults on India's culture why not start with Kama sutra, temples. In the first place Hindi movies are not the shining beacons of Indian culture. If you want culture stay at home, read books, see movies by film division.Times have changed, no where in any Indian "culture" artifact has it been mentioned that a kiss is anti-social!..dude besides giving publicity to the movie you have done nothing..maybe Yash chopra recruited your services to sell his movie considering you have considerable history pulling stunts like this.If the culture lawyer is so worried about stuff like this stop people peeing on the roadside, spitting, defacating in public, defacing national monuments, tearing up theatre seats...the list is long, the word limit approaches and the kiss was pretty pathetic in the movie..aishwarya and hrithik, please do a better job in the future.
