People should have the freedom of speech and the freedom of expression. Sexual passion and love needs to be shown and experienced by people. If the movie and its gestures offend this guy, who is asking him to watch it? Who is he to say that other citizens should not watch the same? And by the way, if he is talking about obscenities, why is he NOT against the depiction of semi-clad goddesses inside many famous temples in india? Respect for women, culture and traditions should be in the mind. But how does this make sexual love and kisses wrong?! Hinduism thrived because of the freedom and tolerance it had. But supression of the sexual freedom of an individual will only lead to dangerous and disastrous consequences later on. In my opinion any guy who thinks he can use the letter of the law to "talibanize" the society with his own "far right views" is a lunatic! By the way the youth do not watch mainstream cinema for sex. There are so many avenues to look for sex most notably the internet and clandestinely made pornography. Legalize all of these based on the age of the person/audience and have a system in place to deal with offenders. Everybody likes sex and that is the truth.
Personally I don't have any problems with the kissing scene. It was a one minute scene. Wasn't the lawyer more concerned about his kids being exposed to the shooting and the different guns used in the movie. Apparently he did not seem to have any issues with the amount of shooting and blow-ups that went on. However, I do have a problem with the Indian Censor Board's rating. The rating should be more like the English movies. Have you seen movies like Gangajal, Company, Khakee, Ab tak Chappan and all those other violent movies? Are they ever rated appropriately?
Everyone knows what the TV and the cable dishes out! There is so much violence that if there are no people left at all, what are we going to do with the so-called "culture" that several people have mentioned through their posts?
looks like he is looking for some publicity... I hv seen the film n i dont think there was anything vulgur in it... and tht too after watching so many movies with the same stuff... y at all he had to point fingers at Dhoom2... I feel it is just to be in the limelight.. else who wud ask him..really sad though... u can c the double standards prevailing...
I don't think you have seen any Indian movie since decade ... there were so many movies out there who were just disgusting so why Dhoom2.. it's a decent movie...why make such a fuss bout a kiss..as if you have never kissed your wife..i think it is a beautiful movie ..If you have nothing to do in your life ..file a case against other stuff happening in India and please donot watch any Indian movie again.

Dear PV Rao,
This very same lawyer had earlier filed a case against Dharmendra and Hema Malini, when Dharmendra said he had not converted to Islam and married Hema Malini as his second wife.
All these So called Bollywood movies show no respect for women. Gone are the days when actors like HemaMalini, Jaya Bhaduri etc., could hold their own..and became super stars...Now women actors are mere models with no acting skills..its scary to go to a Hindi movie with young children..Also all the money goes to the underworld controlled by Pakistani Dawood...Shame on Bollywood for taking the fun away from Indian movies...
I am an Indian and this lawyer has hurt my sentiments. I don't remember letting him decide what I should watch. Nor does he have the cranial capacity to understand things like 'artistic licence' and 'family-friendly' entertainment. Can I sue him? I want to.
