I do not think that KANK is not a good movie. It is true that it is not as good as KJ's other earlier movies but it is a descent movie. We indians are not able to digest if some director tries to do something different. We should appreciate KJ for doing something different. It's screeplay and choreography in dances are good and Everybody in this film have acted good specially Amitabh and Abhishekh due are simply brilliant. But what I think that film is too long specially in the second half. It should have been ended around which when Amitabh dies.

The time to grow up has come for u, Mich. KJ has not done any wrong by going to the film's natural conclusion....its time to change ur view of the world....and its time to understand why it is not so easy to say who a winner is or who is a loser.
For all the criticism made against KANK for its story and potrayal of SRK and rani's role,One thing many people didn't observe.
Somebody called "Mr.Aamir khan" left his wife and inspite of having two children went on to marry his new love "Kiran rao".
So people out there must note that DEV SARAN(SRK) DO exist in our society. Hence the movie KANK is quite realistic.Why blame SRK for doing such role when people in real life have done like that!!!!!!

Valid point....... but they got the divorce before they could actually commit....... but karan as movie director is sucking up things.. he is showing Big B playing around with call girls. doesnt this suck??????????? there r lot of Big B and Srk fans in small town and cities... what is Kj trying to preach them? should they do shown in KANK...??? i took my family to watch this movie First day, it was really Embrassing for me to watch in front of my parents, wife and Kids...
KJ is termed as a director for family audiences ? with this movie of he hurt family audiences.....
Karan..what is this??TO watch KANK is just waisting a time..with such a big starcast what have u made.??.no sense nothing..I have never seen such a boring film in my life..
Its only worth watching to see our bollywood heavy weights in some designer apparels...but an absolute dissappointment on a bold story line, Karan has picked on...looks like he lost his plot somewhere in the middle and rushed to take to a conclussion.
The role of Big B was refresshing and Junior B has shown his maturity in taking on a typical character..rest everything is painfully painted for a heavy blocked and chocked traffic experience inside a theatre.
KAran Johar, U until not long ago had good following among the family crowd and also youngsters for setting them in values of family which are fast disappearing in our country. I always like ur films as they told that family comes first and now in this movie u have deviated from the core value of the family and an institution called marriage. U really have made a mockery of that istitution by setting ur two pathetic characters of Dev and Maya who only know to crib about their spouses and feel bad in life. For u it seems they are correct where we the audience believe their spouses were correct. Actually I never noticed any problem in their marriages and not even in their spouses. But why am I mentioning all this because, u are basically a guy who has no knowledge of marriage as an institution and being in marriage. Just get married and then see the difference. But u have shunned the marriage but how can u say that all the married couples have problems? The movie u have created is sick and totally out of mind and the example for that is recent incident of a husband trying to kill his wife after showing her the movie. SRK and Rani hammed a lot and only Sr and JR B were good.
